Great property, very nice appt

Very nice property and unit. Pool is great, with a nice bar. Spent most of our time at the convention center for volleyball but enjoyed Vista Cay when we could. Restaurants walkable.

We love Vista Cay! This was our 2nd time staying at Vista Cay but first time at this unit. The owners were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. This unit is close to so much, Publix, OCCC, Universal all just few minutes away. We will definitely book here again. For some reason the internet service around here is not great but once connected to Wi-if all was well.

This apartment is just as advertised - very clean and spacious and located closely to Disney and Universal. Communication with the owners was excellent. Would definitely come back!

Wonderful property. Was room enough for 4 adults. Comfortable beds, sofas. Community is steps away from groceries (Publix) and drug store (Walgreens). Joe was responsive and replaced a broken remote quickly. He was an excellent host!

We stayed for a week and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. Firstly, the location was absolutely perfect. It was situated in a beautiful and peaceful area that was close enough to everything we needed, yet once you are in the complex it feels secluded. The property owners were incredibly helpful and accommodating, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. They were always available to answer any questions we had. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the pool. It was clean, well-maintained, and incredibly relaxing. We spent many afternoons lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Thank you for a wonderful week!

This home had everything we needed. A great location within walking distance of shops and stores. We enjoyed the walking path around the lake every morning. We were there for our college son's week long tennis event and this was close to his events as well as other Orlando attractions. The home was clean and comfortable and the owners were great communicators.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed excellent communication with the owners of the unit! Check-in was a piece of cake, and we were able to get to any part of the Universal area within 5-15 minutes. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the Orlando area!

Joe and Debora did everything possible to stay in communication, and make check-in and check-out a breeze. The unit was clean, comfortable, and convenient to the theme parks we were visiting (Universal, Discovery Cove, and Seaworld). We enjoyed the pool party / DJ on the weekend, and the proximity to Publix, NYPD Pizza (good!). We also used Door Dash a couple of times, which was quick and easy in this location. We had a really fun family stay during our week in Orlando.

My family and I stayed here for spring break. The place is beautiful - very clean and well-stocked for a great vacation. Highly recommend!

The location in Orlando was so convenient to everything - parks, restaurants, and the Publix plaza made it so convenient. The location of the actual condo on the 4th floor was great with just a short walk to the pool with tons of parking. The condo itself was exactly as pictured with everything fully functional and well stocked. The check in and check out process was super easy and the owner was extremely responsive. All good!

The property is just as described and the location was so convenient to everything. Joe and Deborah had superb communication and made sure we had everything we needed for our week-long stay. Would highly recommend this listing!

You cannot beat the location. Literally took me 10 minutes to Universal and 10 to SeaWorld. Plenty of parking. I drive an oversized truck this place is great. Large spaces and plenty of them right near the breezeway. Elevators are easily accessed and quick. The condo was clean and well maintained. I'm in Property Management and know what to look for. Found no issues here. The communication was fantastic. They texted me before during and after my stay. Follow up was great. Beds were ok. Not my own but didn't kill my back. I would totally stay again.
