The hallways were trashy and dirty, the stair well was absolutely disgusting!!!

When we left and booked another room at a different hotel!

I would like to report a complaint. I would like a refund. We were in 3 different rooms yesterday. I have pics and videos of the rooms. First day- we checked in 2:30 am- brought our stuff in went straight to bed had to be up at 7am. My son sat down Friday morning on the floor and it was soak and wet. He had to change his clothes- I went down showed them his clothes the ac was leaking in the room. They changed us rooms about hour later- new room the ac was broke and didn't work the room was about 89 degrees- I went down told them we wanted to just refund- but they gave us another room. The door didn't lock. The floor was soaked from the ac leaking. There was a hole in our door with toilet paper stuffed in it. And a big red spot on the floor. The bedding was not crisp white like the advertisement said ours was dirty. I would like my money refunded. We left and booked a room at la Quinta inn. Please make this right.

Great value and spacious rooms! Good location to nearby restaurants and close to I-40 and the airport.

TV didn't work and it took them a while to reset the box and fix it. At least they stayed with it. The place was crowded and loud that weekend, but thats not really their fault.

Location . Beds were comfy

Room was very run down. Breakfast was mediocre, they really aren't trying here. Not one healthy choice and it drives me nuts when the juice is watered down. Do they think we won't notice? Room had grease fingerprints on the bathroom walls.
