Bugs and tiny ants were found on the kitchen counters Kitchen floor was not in best condition Toilet paper supply not sufficient

the noisy fan in the master bedroom. The room doors was very hard to lock & open after fully closed. There were stains on the bedsheet. The water dispenser wasn’t working. The water pipe in the master bedroom’s toilet was leaking.

2 out of 3 aircond is not working. Got bed bug, inform agent but he don’t accept. Beware of this unit.

There were 1 damn big cockroach and 1 small cockroach which are alive and still moving. Plus, all toilet do not have tissue roll prepared. Worstly, the bedsheets caused us to feel itchy and can't sleep all the night. What's even worst is that the staff put the wrong keys in the mailbox and caused us to wait almost 30 min to wait for the lalamove deliver the key. We were so tired that day and my boss still had to walk to nearby cafe with luggage for dinner. They did refunded for key and cleaning issues but not with the bedsheet issues. The staff didn't even reply me regarding the bedsheets issues and just directly do their refund. Not totally satisfied with how they view the bedsheets issue. This could be very serious as my colleagues took 2 days MC after the trip due to skin allergy and swollen eyes. Overall, BAD EXPERIENCE. DISAPPOINTED. Not worth the price.
