Location was brilliant for us. Great places to eat in area, walking distance to tubes/train stations. Accomodation was fine spacious for us 5. The price for our stay was also a great deal for its location. And the apartement Block and area very quiet and clean
One of the beds had seen better days but the rest of the apartement was pretty comfortable. I sleep through everything but if your a light sleeper ( like some of our group) this is not a good place to stay. The trains come past your window and are very noisy. For me not a problem as its london town, and you are in the middle of it.

No hair dryer .. noisy.. train every 10- 15 min passing .. couldn’t sleep . In the picture look beautiful but in real not comfy

Nice apartment that met our needs, nice kitchen, bathrooms
Easy walk to tower bridge.
No parking, despite only choosing an apartment that has parking, turns out there's none. There is apparently 1 parking space for everyone that you won't be able to book.
Pillows + mattress could be of better value, and every apartment I ever book usually comes with some toiletries (and even a little hamper of milk/sugar/biscuits etc..)
I did find the booking process a bit exhausting. after you have completed everything with booking.com you have a lot to then complete for the apartment.
I just think it could be simplified. But the communication was good.

Neat clean but few things were broken and we informed the authorities on first place

The whole place was clean. There was a kitchen we cooked in and spacious for our group of 5-6.

The location is not at the tower bridge as advertised and key collection location was inconvenient. The tiles on the floor are loose and we had no Wi-Fi. There were no batteries in the tv remote so no TV. There were also no instructions for washing machine or dishwasher.

With such a lovely apartment , the TV should be atleast a smart one.

The location was good and meant we could do what we liked from the apartment.
It would have been nice to have a basic welcome pack . The blinds were missing some off the drops that i found in a draw. The internet didn't work, and it would be nice if there was a hair dryer in the apartment

Good apartment, very confortable. The trains do almost no noise, I slept very well everyday.
Not so bad:
1. Must collect keys in another place. It's not so far, but in London (almost always raining), 5 min walk with luggage under the rain is very unpleasure.
2. In a cosmopolitan city, it's indispensable a universal adaptator to charge eletronic devices. I had to buy some by myself, case the UK eletric pattern is unique. I suggest the owner buy some adaptators and integrate them to the apartment.
3. Confort is great, but the price.... London is a expensive destination.... the price could be cheaper, I think.

The pull out beds were terrible. Nobody should have to sleep on a bed that uncomfortable. this should not be advertised as an option.

Great location! Walking distance to the Tower Bridge, tube and supermarkets. Easy to find and good facilities with kitchen, living room and washing machine.
It's right next to several train tracks which means it's always very, VERY noisy, especially in the summer when you need to have the windows open because of the heat.

The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and is in a quiet neighborhood. A 10-15 minute walk to the underground, Tower Bridge, and the river Thames.
No hooks in the bathrooms for wet towels, wardrobes with very few hangers, shelves in the wardrobe would have been nice.

Everything in the apartment was amazing. Toilets and kitchen were extremely cleaned. Communication was nice and easy.

Terrible blinds, made it difficult to close for privacy. the morning sun quickly heats up the apartment (better blinds would help). Nasty sponge left for who knows how long (should provide new unwrapped sponge for each new stay).

The apartment had a great location in a more quiet area. However, in about 5 minutes walk you already reached a street with some cute cafes and cool bars. The apartment was very large and nicely furnished and perfect for a larger group (5-8 people). Furthermore, you can just walk to the amazing Tower Bridge in around 30 minutes.

Great flat and good sizes on all rooms.
The shower could benefit from a deep clean and some maintenance as it was a bit worn. But it was clean and ok.

Great location and a lovely apartment for a weekend stay in London. Had everything we needed. Hosts were very helpful and give all the info you need on how to check in/directions. Is is quite a quiet location for London too.
The only complaint would be the sofa beds are very uncomfortable.

It was a good base for us as 6 adults and a child. It was fantastic that there was a fully working kitchen to cook breakfast and dinner if we wanted to.
As we walked into the apartment we could smell cigarette smoke even as some of us are smokers this did put us off however after a couple of hours with window and doors open it had disappeared.
