It exceeded my expectation. The experience itself is excellent and the beach has the most breathtaking view of sunset.

everything was great! the room with direct access to pool, the main pool and the beach. The personnel was so helpful and sweet.

it is a little far from the city, restaurants etc. but the hotel has great restaurants and a shuttle for the city every night.

The staff at the Pullman were phenomenal from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The biggest and most helpful part was that the reception understood and spoke English very well, which was a huge relief for a person like me who is still in the beginning stages of learning Vietnamese (it also gave my Google translate app a well needed rest). The pool - enormous and clean, with plenty of poolside benches, a towel exchange area, and a great looking bar in the middle that I unfortunately didn't utilize. The beach area - white, sandy beach with a volleyball court area, a basketball hoop (although shoddy looking, still a nice touch), and plenty of reclining seats near the waterfront with umbrellas to maximize the relaxation. They seem to offer some jetski rentals along with a very alluring banana boat ride, but our schedule didn't allow us to experience either. There's also a bar in the restaurant near the beach, so you can keep the buzz going if you so desire. The Spa - My wife got a massage, which she enjoyed very much. Although the prices are high for Vietnam standards, considering it's a 5 star resort, it was pretty easy to pony up the cash. Mad Cow restaurant - Although the name doesn't do much to stir up the appetite, the food was pretty great! We also enjoyed the live music provided by a friendly Filipino gentleman, and the view from the 9th (?) floor was great. Again, a tad pricey, but definitely affordable. A quick shout out to Mr. Sang and Ms. Mai Anh who took time out of their day to escort us around the grounds, as we were viewing the grounds searching for a suitable venue for our upcoming wedding. Mr. Sang and Ms. Mai Anh were both professional, well informed, friendly, and spoke great English.

Very nitpicky, but I wasn't thrilled about the bath area in the room - to me, the bathtub was in a weird location (in middle of the bathroom and the bedroom area) and the toilet reminded me of a (fancy) public bathroom because of the stall setup.

Amazing Resort

Location, not much to do outside resort for now. Next 3-4 years it should improve when more places are built and opened

The breakfast had a wide range of options and it was nice that some dishes changed day by day.

Some of the noodle dishes were far too oily and whilst there were minor changes to the options day by day, more change would have been nice as by day 3 or 4 of our stay, it became slightly repetitive. Nonetheless, it was an amazing breakfast buffet. Having smoking allowed in the resort. Some holidayers were smoking in the pool and beach area, which was very unpleasant especially when there’s children around. The beach was also quite polluted with rubbish - I found electric wiring, cigarette butts and lighters. More activities for people to do would have been lovely, along with a lap pool for exercise swimming. I think the Pullman would also do well if there were more facilities such as a playground or play area for children as it appeared that most visitors were families with young children who mainly only had the pool or beach to take their children to on the resort.

Access to the private beach front and the resort facilities was exceptional. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. would definitely come back with my family to share the wonderful experience.

Location wise, there wasn’t much to do in walking distance outside of the resort.

I will not recommend the hotel at all.

My child was touched inappropriately by a member of staff and when this was reported it was not passed urgently to management to deal with. When management were finally informed, the allegations were minimised and then totally disregarded. The member of staff was allowed to continue working throughout our stay, which was an unforgivable safeguarding failure. We left the hotel once we discovered the member of staff was still working. Unbelievable that there is no official safeguarding procedure in place and the manner in which we were treated after a reporting a distressing incident was flabbergasting considering that this is a five star Pullman resort. Wouldn't wish this on any family. Please watch your children.

Beautiful accommodation with a great swimming pool. Close to the beach and child friendly. Staff was really helpful. Also good restaurants with different menu’s. We will definitely go back!

Nice location at a quite place. Good live music. Great Madcow restaurant experience.

Beach facilities are a bit simple. Not enough soft mattresses for sun bed. Lifeguard stand just a table. Paddle for standup boards are just kayak paddle. The new year countdown BBQ was basically ok. Atmosphere at beach was nearly perfect. However we missed an more elegant way of celebration. No opening welcome speech. The buffet was not only stormed but almost boarded. The additional drink package was just beer can’s. The price-performance ratio was absolutely not ok. Cloud have been prepared much more like an unforgettable event.
