Limpeza do quarto.
Ar condicionado não estava funcionando devido a ativação do modo “inverno”. Funcionou somente no primeiro dia. Pediram para abrir a janela caso eu estivesse com calor, o que de nada adiantou.

Staffs were responsive. Breakfast was OK not great. They made the room and changed the towels, when requested. wifi was great. 5 min Walkable from the nearest subway station.

La zona fitness non era accessibile e chiusa al pubblico. La colazione, seppur abbondante, manca della zona torte e croissant, che per gli italiani sono fondamentali al mattino!

Hervorragende Lage am Prater mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung. Bequeme Betten, schönes Badezimmer, zweckmäßiger Sauna- und Fitnesskeller. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis mit dieser Auswahl sagenhaft. Aber das Beste ist das grandiose gesamte Personal: extrem freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, kompetent und engagiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

- bessere Qualität der Getränke (Säfte schmecken eher wässrig bzw. künstlich, Minzwasser ist gut gedacht, aber da ich das auch zuhause so mache, schmeckte es dort nicht so gut)
- ich habe gebratene Zwiebeln beim Frühstück vermisst

Actually, the only positive side was the location of the hotel reasonably close to the Conference I participated.
The room was microscopic. The choice for breakfast was rather poor, the coffee machine did not work. The staff not too attentive (I was not proposed an umbrella when it was heavily raining)

The single room was somewhat smaller than expected, however the cleanliness of the room made it accaptable.
The shower had a couple of broken heads inside that needed repair. Many days it got too hot in the room but the AC was not working so needed to open the window for some air.

The staff are super friendly! The double room was amazing, it was big, comfortable and clean. The location is really great too, almost 7 mins from the nearest station and close to many restaurants and supermarkets around the area.

The hotel has a very convenient location, on a quiet street. The room was clean, warm and quiet. I slept great all three nights and would stay at the same hotel again.
The underground can be reached in just a few minutes, and underground ride to the old town of Vienna takes about 5-minutes.
