Nada , al llegar a la habitación estaba sucio!!!

I didn't eat the breakfast as the place was not particularly clean and not somewhere I wanted to eat.

The first room had tape on the walls, poor cleanliness and generally in a poor state. The shared bathroom didn't even have a working lock. I was moved to another room with a shower which should have been better but sadly, the shower didn't work!

Lovely pub and comfy room. Nice to explore the Epping Forest.

To provide extra pillows please.

The way out

The rooms were nothing like the pictures, no one about to see at night, we had bed bugs, had to stay in the double room 5 of us, due to our triple room bed bugs, I booked two rooms a double and triple, I had 3 children with me, it was not clean our flooring some missing no handle on one tap at sink, big hair ball in the corner outside the shower, head board was dirty bed bug in it, we sprayed perfume to kill the bugs, baby ones on our pillows, killed 3 big ones put each one on a separate face pad, had to book train home on the Saturday, we arrived only on the Friday and our stay was for 2 days, never been in such a awful place, says hotel nowhere for the kids to go, as it was a bar, they were not allowed in there, not suitable for children.

everything beds are so bad, towels, there is no hot water nothing.

The girl in the reception is astonishingly rude with no concentration. she’s racists and Always playing games even when there are customers to attend to. The room and bathroom is so dirty. the bedsheets and towels had stains, there holes on the wall and you keep hearing noises from the roof. I will never go here again.

the whole place was smelling of smoke even the room. I tried to inform them as i checked out earlier they didn’t want to refund. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Staff who attended to us was a very nice lady and helpful.

Needs improvement new bed, clean bed linen, room should have been cleaned before we arrived also the room felt very cold.

Amazing breakfast, lovely staff and very comfortable bed in my light and airy budget room. Gorgeous Victorian pub downstairs- a real piece of history. Love the area too- lots of green space down the road in this truly vibrant and friendly part of London.

Shower not the best. TV didn’t seem to work. Could be spruced up but generally nice and clean
