The facilities are dated and some items need repair - hairdryer, vent cracked and broken, dusty.

The bed was comfy, and the shower was mostly hot. Located near the freeway, but no road noise at all. It was value for what we paid. The gardens are nice, and rebo works are being done.

The place is a bit old, but the price mirrored the room. There was a LOT of noisey pipes. Whenever someone in another room showered, the noise woke us up. It's really noisey. It's not close (walking distance) to any food outlets.

The bathroom smelled of cigarettes from previous occupant and an internal skylight cover was broken, so we could see the daylight through the tube. Staff were informed and assured us they will fix these issues.

Living area and bed comfortable and spacious. Great to have secure wifi and good space for sitting. Helpful to have both microwave and mini fridge. Also appreciated windows that open easily for fresh air. Friendly staff and easygoing re late checkout.

Bathroom was disappointing - shower in bath, positioning of place for soap and uneven levels for standing on, altogether awkward if not dangerous for those of a more mature age especially. And on top of that noisy pipes emitting a constant squeal made the whole showering experience unpleasant.

it was clean as a whistle, the staff were exceptional, from reception to the cleaning staff. comfortable and fantastic value. despite the nearness to a busy road my room was very quiet.

When they do not hold a wedding, the property is generally quiet and peaceful. They have added a microwave to the rooms, which is very convenient.

Cleaners don't perform housekeeping for ongoing guests until noon or 1300 hours. This is a massive nuisance as most of us just want a fresh towel and toilet paper. Many ongoing guests have errands to run, etc. I left my door open for air one time and a fellow guest begged me if she could use the toilet to pee. IF TWO OR MORE GUESTS STAY, ISSUE MULTIPLE KEYS SO THAT THEY DO NOT BOTHER OTHER GUESTS TO PEE.
