Hotel velho , sem acesso a garagem por elevador, sem tomada perto das camas, sem luz de leitura, com um box 60x60 cm, difícil para tomar banho. Café da manhã pobre, com algumas frutas numa fruteira, suco de laranja reconstituído e poucas opções de comida. Enfim, um hotel de 2 estrelas que está classificado como 4 estrelas, indevidamente!

Si ubicación es fantástica y además tiene un parking muy cómodo que esencial para nosotros.

Hotel manager was exceptional. He took the time to explain where various destinations were and made navigating around Lourdes very easy.
We had an early train and management had breakfast for us before the restaurant opened.

When we were stranded by our airline and needed accommodation for an extra night Vesuvio facilitated us without any hassle at the same “prepay” rate as our original booking and we were able to stay in our own room. Totally hassle free

We liked the location walking distance to the Lourdes sanctuary, near the restaurants and shops. The owner is so attentive and helpful if we have questions. The convenience of having an elevator.
So far the hotel amenities meet our needs.

We got in to the train station at 1 in the morning. The owner of the hotel actually came and got us from the station.
The restaurant is fantastic. The food is extremely good, the service is outstanding. And the tiramisu is to die for. It is so good!
The location is fantastic. Very walkable to all the areas of town.
I liked everything. It is an older hotel, but has been kept up extremely well.

Rooms were clean and staff was so cooperative. I would re book the same hotel when I'll revisit next time.

Breakfast was ok. The owner was very helpful when we came late to the hotel around 11.30pm. He immediately organised a hot meal for us.

The manager was extremely helpful in accommodating all our needs , including two heavily laden touring bikes. The room was spacious, cool and clean with a welcome fridge for our cold water.
The evening meal was tasty and good value, as was the breakfast which kept us pedalling all morning!
Highly recommend.

We were able to borrow their wheelchair for the entire day.
Good Italian restaurant. Hotel stay inclusive of breakfast. Good breakfast. Huge room & bathroom w/ bidet and tub. Next door to a French clothing store. Value for money.
Couldn't feel at home in room with not much character. It felt like a dormitory. A bit scary. So-so location. An uphill walk from the sanctuary. Not as near as I would've wanted. Bathtub is not senior friendly. Not so comfy staying there.
