I liked the atmosphere in general.

No tea, coffee or suar available even when asked many times, stuff and managers were non stop saying that they are too busy to refill it, which was not true, so expect have days without. At least microwave should a standard everywhere there days especially in the winter time to warm yourself with warm food ( not even saying about those teas and coffees ), no paper towel or any tissues too in the common area, when a lady who is cleaning in there came and saw a spilled water all around, she started complaining in her language and next she opened some cleaning storage where they have all the cleaning appliances, she literally tossed the paper towel on the counter looking at me and the other guy with bad face still mumbling about it in her language, horrible. So this hostel have a really really bad attitude with those very important and basic things for their guests. I would recommend it but only for a day or 2 at max.

Excellent location near some historical places as well as near the London Bridge tube and rail station. The room is well secured. The bunk beds were easy to climb up on and the mattress was comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room is very small and you need to climb two flights of narrow stairs which is not ideal with a suitcase. The option to choose between bottom or top bunk when booking would be beneficial. The bathroom was the size of a broom closet. Some towels had blood stains.

location is terrific,!only a pity that for two days there wasn’t any towel available.

above the bar is a little bit noisy, but earplugs were available, so no problem.

It was easy to find & a really good location. The bed was comfortable, and shower was warm. That's about it

Hole punched in wall next to bed disguised with a throw pillow. There was fresh wet paint on door surround to the room which got on my clothes and hair as I entered the room and there were no wet paint warnings. Its not a little live music noise from bar below (that would have been fine as they warn you) it was a lot of noise from all the people in the courtyard below drinking and smoking directly below the rooms windows. Staff weren't interested at all in the fact clothes ruined by paint when I spoke to them next day

The Entertainment

Excellent location and value. Enough bathrooms and clean. Plugs and lights next to bed. Cute, historic type place with a good supermarket across the street a few doors away from the river. Would definitely stay again .

Beds were fairly good but made some noise and weren't super comfortable. Very noisy until maybe 1am. No lockers in room. Electronic entry from phone worked great but was a bit hard to set up. I would advise downloading the app in advance and asking them for the reservation number as email for registering doesn't seem to work.

Great location and value for money. Fun bar and amazing music at night. Very fun if you’re after a social part hostel

My friend developed hives after staying in one of the rooms, so perhaps not the cleanest. They don’t offer gluten free breakfast.
