Main bedroom was stuffy/ windows didn’t open, no fan or air con. Couch cushions (sofa bed) were dirty

Dirty bed sheets and room. No facilities to obtain Dinner or any other food at the venue. Very limited tea and coffee, sugar which is only available from reception at 10.00am next day which is check out time. I would not consider staying there again under any cercumstances.

Relatively close to airport

This is a casino with noisey residents hanging around at all hours. Price is too high for this kind of a facility.

Purchased room because it had aircon! Arrived and tried to sleep but the aircon didn’t work at all! No aircon!! Worst sleep ever- turned in but didn’t work. Upon arrival we’re taken into gaming room to collect accomodation. : Locals around the area were drunk near our rooms, and I presume I heard two gun shots around 9pm :/ Dads room didn’t come with a bottle of water ,or spoons for his coffees. Like the staff had just made the bed and not worried about restocking Wouldn’t reccomended this stay to families traveling from interstate.

Staff were friendly and helpful, especially as it was a late night checkin. Easy to find location with excellent parking

There should be a microwave, dishes, and a place for washing dishes in all rooms, not only in the large rooms

Great staff locked phone in room on check out early and staff very helpful and friendly 👍

the location because it was close to work and airport

fridge and air-conditioner made awful weird noises all night long. The sound of beer cans being blown a round on gravel by the wind at night. listening to drunk people fight and argue and have punch-ups All night. very poor quality furnishings. No good at bistro.
