Lovely old house full of character, immaculately kept and lovely host

Excellent and freshly cooked breakfast with great choices. Both bedroom and en-suite are spacious, clean and beautifully and tastefully presented with fresh flowers. Comfy bed and peaceful nights. Parking in private driveway was good. We were warmly welcomed and well looked after by our superb hostess Denise. Will definitely be back when we return to this area.

The breakfast was nothing short of excellent. Great choice, quality food.

I have to say that there was nothing that Alison and I did not enjoy about our stay. Denise, host, was most welcoming, attentive and friendly.

Excellent breakfast, we called at the Butchers on our way home and purchased the lovely sausages and bacon as they were yummy!! Denise was a brilliant host, room was spotlessly clean and the bed was amazing.

Everything was amazing

Well appointed room, very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and Denise was the perfect host.

Nothing - albeit a minor gripe was the wifi but as a townie in a rural setting I'm used to much faster connectivity. But it didn't spoil my stay in the slighest.

The two night stay was without any problems or drama's exactly what you want on a short break. The breakfast was superb and well presented. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxed, will hopefully stay again

There was not much to dislike, it was as you would expect, very calm.

Denise has made the B&B a lovely traditional place to stay. Our room was really spacious, very clean with a lovely comfy bed, breakfast first class! The accommodation is only a short walk to Overstrand where there are two pubs, a cliff top cafe and a general store - it is also ideal if you enjoy some coastal walks. Very convenient for travelling into Cromer and Sherringham.

Would have been nice to have the use of a fridge (even if communal) although Denise was very obliging and did put some beers in her own fridge for us.

The house was beautiful, clean and very homely. The bedroom had everything you needed and we had a lovely spacious bathroom. Everything was in working order. The host was so lovely and went above and beyond our expectations, we told her it was our anniversary the day after we arrived and she decorated our breakfast table with happy anniversary decorations and lit candles which made us feel really special! She was very friendly and made us feel at home. She even wrote down phone numbers of places we could go to for our anniversary tea!

Lovely host, superb breakfast, excellent location very close to the beach, comfy bed and very nice old-fashion cottage beautifully and tastefully furnished. Attention to the details ( fresh flowers in the room, the way how breakfast is served) priceless... Local pub, little gem -serving great food-restaurant quality.

Bed was nice and big, and view of garden from room very relaxing. Very peaceful location and room a welcome warm place to return to after a long winter walk. Breakfast was very good, full English on the first morning, and poached eggs on toast on the second.

This place is completely amazing. It's beautiful, both the location and the accommodation, comfortable and welcoming. The fact that there were Christmas decorations in every room really made it. The breakfast was delicious and properly set us up for walking and exploring the coast. We can't wait to come back.
