Close to the public transports, overall okay for a short stay where we were out pretty much all day

The bed was a bit damp and headboard was dirty, hairdryer was provided but didnt work

The location in the city was amazing! Close to bus stations, near Tekka center The wifi was working well. We had hair dryer in the room. We had our room cleaned only once in our 8 days stay, which was decent. A reasonably priced, compact room in a city where hotels tend to be on the expensive side.

The bathroom sink was constantly leaking and the shower was clogging when used We had some mold on the ceiling, near the AC unit

Check in and check out was via a telecom, but it was super quick and smooth. There is a washer and dryer but they are $5 each. They have a changing machine if you don’t have coins

It was a good location with nearby metro to get around the city easily!

There was no hotel staff to talk to in person. Only a tablet in the lounge or a WhatsApp chat room. Also, nothing in the listing says they will not provide with extra toilet paper if you run out. We were two girls staying for 6 days and got only one already partially used toilet paper roll. We ended up having to buy tissues for our last two days. The hotel also provided a hairdryer on request, which was great, but they said they wouldn't deliver until the next day's working hours which was 9:30am. Also great. Except, we waited until 11:00am... and no hairdryer. They delivered it after we left around 11:45 and a reminder text message. The next day when we tried to use it, it was broken. Lastly, a paper in the room stated they would clean the room only once a week during week days and if you wanted extra cleaning you had to pay. Arrived Tuesday night and left Sunday, and the room was never cleaned. Overall, I was really disappointed with this stay.

Fully paid but check in took 30 mins. No.physical front desk staffers only ipad. Toilet layout was such that it would be perpetually wet

No personel around. You have to do everything with you own and check in is too hard and takes time. No room cleaning facilities if you want, you have to pay. Too small and dark room, No window in the room. Different socket type and they don’t provide you an adapter or they don’t even help you but they also say that they will give you a charger to use. But no.. After I waited 2 am on the night I went to go out to find an open store at the night, and they answered me back that “oh sorry we cannot provide them for guests..” No personel around but at 12 on the noon someone will knock the door for you to check out. They don’t answer your messages on whatsapp or here. They don’t provide luggage storage and they don’t help you about this even 2-3 hours. And they took one extra payment from me and last day, I had to deal with this half an hour (they said that I have to pay more ??) and I almost miss my flight. I am still dealing with this.. My holiday turned into a nightmare. If I would know, I wouldn’t stay there. Never again !!

No staff in here. You only talk with tablet and you need to make all payments by yourself, checkin and everything and it’s so hard. If you need anything, GOOD LUCK :) They have different socket type and I’m paying here this much but they didn’t provide even an adapter to use! They wrote me that they will give a charger to one use only and I waited until night but THEY DID NOT !! So I went to Mustafa Center at 2 am. AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THEY DON’T HAVE STORAGE FOR YOUR BELONGINGS AFTER CHECKOUT !!! Luggage storage is totally a LIE ! I want to put my valuable things here until flight time but THEY DONT PROVIDE ANY SAFETY AND KEEP YOU WAITING WITH THEM ! THEY DONT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY AND DONT HELP YOU ABOUT ANYTHING !HORRIBLE !
