extremely welcoming and nice hostess (Fernanda). we were given breakfast boxes on our trip to parque national torres del paine. the location is wonderful and sunsets amazing. Definitely would have stayed longer !

I was told by the lovely owner, that the hotel had a very historic past and they only did a few amendments and an addition to the original house. They did an excellent job in decorating all the common areas as well as all the rooms. Everything has been chosen with great attention to details and with a lot of heart. Which makes it all so special and welcoming. The views from the living room are just grant. If I had more time I could spend an entire day there just admiring the landscape with the distant snow covered mountains and the widespread paddocks with horses on them. Just incredible. The breakfast was the best we had since we’d arrived in Chile over a month ago. Self made cookies and cake and other lovely food. The rooms are spacious and so cozy. Overall you just don’t ever want to leave this place ever again. Seriously.

A fantastic house with beautiful views and a lovely communal area; we were the only guests and had the whole living room to relax in on a stormy afternoon; Sebastian was kind and helpful and prepared a delicious breakfast every morning. We enjkyed our stay.

- We missed a good strong coffee in the morning: a Nespresso machine would be useful; - Breakfast is only served from 8.30am; before that they offer a food package; this was not a problem for us but could be for early risers.

lovely view of the mountains, Sebastian was a wonderful host! we stayed for two nights and the second night we were here we had the whole property to ourselves.

one day we didn’t have hot water, but the hotel solved it promptly. breakfast was simple so don’t expect too much!

We spent only one night at Estancia and we really enjoyed it. Sebastian was very kind and helpful. Room was bright and spacious and the breakfast we had was one of the best :)

Angelo was a fantastic host and took great care of us. The room was adorable and comfortable. The dinner we had there was delicious and romantic, the dining room is a lovely spot with windows overlooking the peaceful fields and lake.

It's amazing place. Hotel located in wooden house with fantastic views, panoramic windows and big common area with fireplace. We've enjoyed every minute staying there. In hotel description is written that kids are not allowed, but hosts told us that kids are welcome. We definitely advice you this hotel.

Just two things to make better: 1. We don't have toilet paper in room and told it to stuff at morning, at evening it does not appears. No one was on reception and small house for stuff. Next day the same. We live here 2 days without any pice of toilet paper. At the morning of our checkout, we heard that other guest has the same problem. Guys you have perfect cozy hotel with fantastic view, please buy toilet paper! 2. Breakfasts were poor.

Location was really spectacular, talk about end of the world! Remote, vast, incredible views, total silence

Service was lacking, unfortunately the hotel management decided it was OK to leave one person in charge of everything, from cooking to serving tables at full occupancy. The dinner was well executed but as a vegetarian I had no option but to just eat the side veggies, there was a full menu advertised but only one option was actually available. I can't blame the chef, he was just doing his best, but it was overall a very disappointing experience
