Ease of parking and location

Nice spacious room, comfortable bed, good location

THE ROOM WAS FREEZING COLD!! no heating throughout house. Small electric radiator provided wasn't sufficient in the slightest Description is very misleading.. Breakfast?! Toiletries?! Don't hold your breath, half a stale loaf of white bread and an old jar of marmalade in the fridge. BE aware that the list of facilities isn't entirely wrong, but definitely not as described and lots missing from list.

Really comfy bed

My window couldn't be closed and had to be left open for the whole night. The TV remote wasn't working.

The staff were great and it was clean and tidy I Would recommend this to anyone because it is a great place and a great price Easy access to Liverpool just a few minutes away And annfield is only a short walk away

Took ages to get in, the kitchen was not clean, opened boxes of cereal left out, opened packets of bread. We found somewhere else to stay.

I loved everything. Location is amazing, near liverpool stadium, and an amazing park nearby, quiet and peaceful area. Room was a good size with en-suite, trully nice😊

No host to greet you, kinda hard to find the place.

from the booked rooms, one room is in order, access to the room at any time

there is no parking, the bedding in one room is dirty and the room smelled of smoke, wifi did not work, for breakfast there was only dry breakfast without milk

Manager opened my door without asking major safe guarding issues at this place. DO NOT STAY HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS OR VULNERABILITY

Room was spacious and was in an ideal location for what we needed

The door lock didnt work sometimes as there seems to be a problem with the lock the bed and pillows were a bit hard to sleep on also the help yourself breakfast was a bit strange

We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back and recommend the place

The bed was comfortable, and the linen and towels were clean. It was nice to be able to get breakfast in the morning . The parking was close by, and it was in easy access to town.

The fridge in the room shook and rumbled like a train. The electricity and water went off in the night. We contacted the landlord who didn't reply, so we sorted it ourselves. The area outside did become a bit noisy at times.

Was over for Liverpool v Brentford. 1st time not to stay in city centre. This place was perfect. Basic but suited me down to the ground. Loads for brekkie the following morning. Pasties and Greggs sausage rolls were lovely. Was allowed leave my luggage here until after the game which was an evening kick off. Anfield is literally a 3 min walk. Will definitely stay here again next time and will probably have my kids with me due to location for a game.

Shared bathroom... but no issues with anyone in the house.

How small the shower was and wasn't very decorative with art.
