visited here 3 times in 1 year. no hot water but they fixed it. kettle broke. brought another but drinks tasted of plastic. microwave didn’t work. reported twice but no response. cleaner didn’t come as much as previous times. towels were horrible. horrible brown colour and paper thin. has a cockroach in room.

The apartment was very clean. It looked like nobody had ever stayed there before. Contained everything that you needed for a self catering holiday. Good facilities in the main building, however pool and bar closed very early. I asked to speak to thr manager and asked for complimentary late checkout due to the apartment being so poor. They agreed and it.made our final day a lot better.

We booked our stay in January, we arrived at around 6pm and check-in was prompt, however the receptionist didn't show us correctly where our room was located, so we walked around for 30 minutes with suitcases and tired children and eventually a staff member led us out through the yard to what I can only describe as an overflow room. It was out of the complex and steps up from the street. The view from the apartment was horrendous - the balcony was over the bottle yard and bins. The back was of an alley with skips. Thankfully, we were only there for 2 nights as it was disgusting. They refused to move us. The room had no way of locking the front door from the inside so the children could just pull the handle, and they would be out on the street. It was very unsafe, but the receptionist didn't care. The sunbeds were all broken. they definitely need replacing. While we were there, my children complained that there was poo in the pool. I called over the lifeguard, and yes, it was. That put the pool out of action for our last day.

Didnt eat in onsite restaurant

Pools were extremely cold and i thought one of them was heated . This was not the case

TOWELS ON SUNBEDS!!!!!! unless you put your towel out the NIGHT before or get up at 4am you have absolutely no chance of getting a sunbed! totally ridiculous, never seen anything quite like it! i assume Cinco have given up trying to stop it, or don't care. this is the only reason i wouldn't go back there.

It is very central

There were 2 signle uncomfortable beds. Not much room in the apartment. Spent 5 nights there would have not been able to stay 10 to 14 nights there as very cramped. On the plus side its very clean and staff are friendly.

Good pool area but no sunbeds available

Sofa bed was not fit for an adult and cockroaches all in the room including bed to the point we had to leave and pay for somewhere else - no refund issued as of yet
