The owners are very friendly. The room is confortable and has everything we needed (private shower & air conditioner). There is a terrace where you can see the sunset! The owners have also a small shop where you can buy things.

Honestly I have nothing good to say about this hotel. There is construction going on so it’s loud. When I checked in the room was still dirty. I asked for it to be cleaned but they didn’t clean it properly. After the ‘cleaning’ the bathroom was still disgusting, it looked like the walls and mirror hadn’t been cleaned for years, the walls are covered in limescale and many dirty marks. The bathroom sink was also leaking and so was the toilet. I moved rooms because of this and the next room i was given had the most uncomfortable hardest mattress. The electricity often cuts out in & out frequently, so during the night expect the air conditioning to turn off all the time. In all rooms you can hear this extremely loud electrical humming sound from the water pipe which makes it so hard to get a good night sleep. The Wi-Fi also turns on & off because of the electricity problems so it’s not really suitable for remote working. The couple that run it are not very accommodating. They insulted me when I complained about the poor facilities and were very rude. Do not expect normal hotel quality or cleanliness, you won’t get that here. Another thing to note is the property has four very steep staircases and no lift, so it’s not suitable for children or those with mobility problems. This is fine for me as I am young, but it was annoying having to go up and down many times to ask for something and having to carry my luggage down four long flights of stairs when checking out. The price is not god value for what you get in Cambodia. Also the property states that it is ‘beach front’. This is not true, the beach is very far away from the hotel, expect a 20-25 min walk to the nearest beach.

Friendly staff, nice terrace to hang out, location close to crab market

On the walls were spider's webs which means that room was not cleaned recently. The water in the toilet was constantly running and the shower drain was clogged. Although I must say that staff tried to help letting us use the other bathroom. And the day after there were some plumbing maintenance works that caused a lack of running water for a while. We were also unlucky to be there at the time when internet got broken.

I really liked the photos and price I saw on booking.com so then I booked the room on the 27th of December for the 31st of December because they said that they only had 2 rooms left and it was successfully booked and I also got an email confirmation that it was booked. After I got there on the 31st of December to check-in, the owner told me that the room was double booked and that the problem was Booking.com’s fault. The problem is that he never sent me an email or message that he double booked the room. He was very unprofessional and the owner told me that there was another room available for more than double the price. very unprofessional.

It was perfect atmosphere for a family stay
