Easy to get keys, everything clean and decent standard.

Bed could be more comfortable and WiFi didn't work.

Close to centre of everything, had all the facilities needed for our stay lovely studio apartment

Everything exceeded expectations very good nothing I didn’t like

This place was awful. Firstly, the area the apartment is in is really dodgy and rough, was told by multiple taxi drivers that we would not be safe walking around, especially at night. Local red light district! As for the apartment, as soon as we opened the door, the smell of sewage was overwhelming and disgusting! The sofa bed in the living area was so hard and would have been very uncomfortable to sleep on. We had to find and pay for alternative accommodation as the smell of sewage in the apartment was so strong we couldn't stomach staying there! We were told there was no alternative accommodation by the owner when asked so booked travelodge, we then received a phonecall to say we could stay in an alternative apartment, but this was after we had booked elsewhere. Plus i had already been put off by this apartment to stay in anything else they offered.We were offered a refund of less than half what we paid! This is shocking considering this was through no fault of our own and we could not stay in the apartment. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!!!i dont usually write reviews but felt so strongly about this place and feel others should be warned before they consider booking this apartment.

Everything, excellent for £50 Clean bathroom,nice bed, sofa , nice tv, , microwave,washmachine, SILENCE! U have everything you need in this apartment.

Small kitchen but you have everything you need and large bathroom

Spacious, nice, and has everything that someone needs on a trip (except a washing machine). The kitchen had everything we normally use (kettle, microwave, kitchen towels, etc), and we had no issues with the bathroom.

It smelled strongly of cigar smoke when we entered the room, and you could hear the people in the flat above, walking (it was pretty annoying). Otherwise, no problems !

Lots of broken furniture. Glass table shattered whilst we were there and they charged us £120. This absolutely was not our fault

Very spacious, comfortably well equipped for customers to feel at home.. Good value for the price paid

Don't be fooled by pictures... Disgusting place, staff on site but do nothing , filthy, not at all like booked, no washing machine fridge, (and some) deposit taken, threatened when complained, very noisy dangerous area... Its a hmo, broken furniture, no fire safety... No bedding.. All pics are of one apartment out back and very clever pics... Lied to again and again, sent photos to booking. Com. Spent over 9 hrs on phone, then decided to just contact chief fire officer, he has taken ages to track owner down... Disgusting treatment of paying guests.

Attitude, lies, false advertising, taking deposits when nobody can complain furniture is broken. Got all emails, photos, sent to all nothing back. Disgusting. Fire services are taking action Mould, no fire escape, crack den outside, fights, we were on buisness trip and cancelled half our work. 100s of pics, no clean bedding, single duvet on double bed, beds covering stairs, bathroom you have to walk through the bedroom with no door. THIS WAS A MONTH AGO, I AM TAKING IT FURTHER... I'VE HAD NO JOY AT ALL. NO DESK, FRIDGE FREEZER, WASHING MACHINE, ALL OF WHICH I ACTUALLY EMAILED AND REQUESTED. I HAVE NEVER LEFT A BAD REVIEW ANYWHERE, THIS PLACE IS A DEATH TRAP, FIGHTS ALL NIGHT, SIRENS, BROKEN BLINDS... RANT OVER...

Almost everything supplied by the hosts was great, only the Booking.com process was poor.

TV reception was VERY poor. Just a handful of channels due to TV only connected to tiny indoor aerial. Connection to a proper outdoor aerial would probably have given most channels. However, huge amount of difficulty arranging access , all due to Booking.com website. I'd sent several messages to the owners, all marked 'Sent' on Booking.com, however when I checked later as to why I'd not recvd any replies none of my messages were there. Owners understandably only send access code on day of entry, however when trying to ask B.com for assistance after msgs had not ben passed on re arrival, I got an autobot msg saying they'll get back to me within 24 hrs, this was as I was preparing to journey and only 4hrs before check-in. Will never book any accomm via Booking.com again! (Sorry this appears on Apts review but Booking.com very cleverly don't allow space to comment on them!)

Perfect for the three days we stayed, in good location to explore Liverpool, had everything we needed to make meals etc. Check out is 11 am so plenty of time before you have to leave in the morning.

Bedding and towels a bit tired.

The mattress was horrendous, probably the cheapest one on the market making the sleep unbearable. The smell of cigarettes was incredible strong, we left all the windows open but even so, totally unacceptable. After the first night (of 4), we sent a message with the complaints, asking to be moved to another flat but got no response whatsoever. So after the second night it was so bad that we decided to leave and book somewhere else last minute, meaning paying a lot more for a booking. Sent another message and the response was they didn’t get my message 🤔🙄. I have asked for a full refund of the 2 nights we haven’t used and the response was that the cleaner said that was no smell ( what else was she going to say?) and basically my problem that I didn’t like the mattress. They offered 50% refund of the the 2 nights I haven’t used which is an absolute terrible way of being in business. I do not recommend this place at all, there is a lot of other good places to stay in Liverpool. Save your money and your health not coming here!

Spacious apartment with a double bed and a sofa, and a separate well-equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful staff always happy to answer any questions we had.

The bed was a bit squeeky and didn't feel steady when I moved around from side to side.
