The location was great, Bricktown is right around the corner

There's a lot of construction going on around the hotel currently, but there's a concrete plant that runs 24-7 due north of the hotel. I'm pretty sure that noise is permanent & the insulation for noise reduction is non-existent. Noise reduction inside the hotel isn't any better, every door slam, upset kid at 2am, it's all loud and clear- all night long. The listing says they provide a coffee pot in the room, mine did not. The stopper in the bathroom sink was so clogged with someone else's hair that I had to buy a different one for my stay. The toilet seat was only connected by one bolt & the shower head leaked at the water supply connection so extremely low pressure coming through the actual shower head, and bring your own washcloth, my room didn't have any & when i asked the front desk, my request went nowhere. The attendant said they'd have a couple brought by, but no one ever showed up, so i bought some for my stay. The electrical is just scary; there was a ticking noise coming from the power supply by the nightstands at the head of the bed, only two of the outlets worked & none of the USB power supplies. If you just need a place to stay for the night, it's survivable. If you need to get any kind of rest or be able to relax, not the place I'd choose. The room rates are in the same range as anywhere else, so there's no price discounts to make the no sleep, no coffee & someone else's hair worth it.

There could have been a 2nd trash can in our room. But that’s the only ‘complaint’ I can think of. We had a great stay.

The breakfast was good! The staff was always helpful getting stuff we needed! Location was great. Literally minutes from Bricktown and all kinds of fun things in town. My kids loved the pool.

A door being propped open the entire time we were there. It appeared the card reader for the door beside the breakfast area was broken, so the door was propped open the entire time. We also reported to the desk a man walking around the parking lot attempting to get into cars and they didn’t seem concerned.

Wr booked a suite in advance and was giving a double , property smells funny and in a weird area nowhere in walking distance to Bricktown. Air conditioning broke so we had to leave and request a refund, vacation time to wasted driving all around the city and calling to find accommodation for my family. The air conditioning didn’t even turn on so they had to know it was broken beforehand.

Location was great for being close to things to do in OKC.

The room did not have a do not disturb sign in the room at all and had to ask two different shift staff members for one. No channel guide provided for the tv.

The location was near my function.

Checked in, went to my room and immediately checked out. The room was not as pictured. It smelled old,visible stains in the carpet, and the room was like a box with little walkability and my wife refused to stay. We drove 3 1/2 hours for a event and this did not go well. We were told we would be refunded after finding out my card was charged immediately for the entire stay. 😡 This did not set well, but was assured it would be done by the desk clerk Ihmal as I recall, hope I spelled it correctly. After driving around to get another hotel room, on day 2 of my stay I received a text that checkout was at noon at this hotel. I called immediately to let them know I was not in that hotel and was informed the system showed me in but checked out but no refund information. That was upsetting and after a conversation with that clerk she said I will get with the manager and supervisor regarding the refund. I confirmed no information did not show any mention of refund notification by the clerk. This clerk did respond back within the hour via a call and sent me refund confirmation via email. I appreciate her timely followup. I have never experienced pictured facilities as untrue this was a first. I will not do that again especially places I am not familiar with. I will not use this hotel again or brand chain period.
