1-The Restaurant : no food availability no variety no replacement plain food with no taste . 2- The Staff : No control on the guest , helpless , indifferent . 3- Cleanliness : the policy is to clean the room every 48 hours ( first time to see this ) 4- Aqua park : Very crowded , no safety measures like other hotels.

The receptionists are very nice. They allowed me to stay even after my check-out time because I had late flight. Thanks them!

Very crowded restaurant, dirty rooms, good is not very delicious but just okay, barista serves Arabic people first.

the restaurant is completely crazy. a lot of peoples ( gusts) no place to set down. no material to eat . a lot of kids . very noisy hotel. people go to swimming pool with under wear .

Thanks to mr farid , Assistant Director ، everything was perfect, The room has been upgraded to a suite . A special lunch was brought to the room ، A wonderful dinner was organized in the Italian restaurant i didn’t face any problems , recommend everyone for that place, specially for honeymooners 🙏🏻

A great surprise of a hotel. 5 star service from a very good team. Very good restaurant food with a lot of variety (the deserts are pure art) and a great personal service (a special thanks to Mina for his smile and professionalism) as well as to all the rest of the super friendly team and the ever present food and beverages manager who is doing an excellent job, particularly for the amazing Xmas eve gala and dinner! Marina in guest relations is also always there to help and assist - thank you! Really liked the huge room, the super equiped gym and the heated jacuzzi pool as well as the rest of the hotel grounds and the option to visit by mini van the sister hotel on the beach.

The music selection can certainly improve in order to accomodate the >18-year olds - after all it is the grownups who are paying the bill. Also there is a member of staff which unfortunately stinks to high heaven and is impossible to even be near him. We found this to be completely unacceptable and action needs to be taken in order to fix this problem which spoils the image of an otherwise great hotel.

- Staff is very friendly and helpful. - Room size is nice, very clean and furniture is new . - Jacuzzi in the toilet is nice. - Rooms are close to the reception, pools and resturant. - The heated pool is very nice . All in all the, Hotel is very nice and I definitely plan to re stay in soon .

- They need to do more efforts on food regarding varieties and taste. - Poor evening activities maybe coz of low occupency during my stay .

I have stayed in this hotel twice. First time was in November 2021 and the second was in December 2022, I came to know that the management has been changed and the improvements were really noticeable. The new management are doing their best to make guests happy and satisfied. Rooms were big and clean. Food was really good, the aqua park was nice and we really enjoyed it. The animation team was wonderful and the kids enjoyed their performance. Alll the stuff was really nice, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property especially for families. A special thanks to Mr Ehab, Mr Mahmoud Gamal and Mr Haroun for their help and support.

Despite the food was really delicious, but variety needs to be improved. Only 1 pool has heater.

The manager at the reception, Islam, was extremely kind and helpful. Staff did their best to help with any issue. I didn't have wifi in my room for the first day but after raising the issue it was fixed immediately.

There were few to no vegan options at the buffet. Coffee wasn't very good.

The Availability for 2 nights and the price was very good. The food in the buffet was excellent and the staff members were excellent. Reception staff excellent for check in and any queries needed during the stay. Use of gym. Bed was super comfy!

Hotel and furniture a bit dated and may need an update to keep up the the developing hotels around it.

The bathrooms weren’t properly cleaned and the water heater never had hot water.

It was one of the few affordable hotels left for COP27. I was all inclusive which made things easy. Some of the more traditional middle east dishes in the buffet were good

It’s in the middle of nowhere so you have to get a taxi anywhere and the staff do not negotiate taxi prices for you - they actually try and rip you off with taxis. A few of the staff were great but I found several male staff very dismissive of or rude to solo female travellers. Honestly I didn’t always feel safe and used the deadbolt on my door at night. Was supposed to have delux pool view and instead had view of main road (and the resort wasn’t full). Buffets were hit and miss, breakfast buffet was not good. Had one day by pool and they were blasting dance and pop music for most of the day. Airport transfer for early flight out was chaotic.

We have stayed in numerous hotels in Sharm over the years and generally select 5 star all inclusive. This hotel is similar to others in the same class/category and although it lacks some of the benefits of similar hotels. The layout and cleanliness of the hotel was as expected, the room was of decent quality and the staff were well mannered and friendly. The staff on reception in particular were we very helpful and went above and beyond what was necessary when I had a problem with the ATM machine. They arranged for a private car to take me to the bank and the driver translated my problem to the bank staff and waited with me until my issue was resolved. The on site shop had all the basic requirements and was very reasonably prices compared to supermarkets in other hotels. The food was not fantastic but was good and when you consider what you pay between room only and all inclusive it was very good value. There were not many guests in the hotel at the time of our visit so when you consider the amount and variety of food available and factor in staff wages etc it is a wonder that they can produce the variety and quality which was on offer. The location was not brilliant but there was a free shuttle bus taking guests to the 2 sister hotels at the beach and waterpark where we were free to use all their facilities. All in all a pleasant stay, no complaints and very good value for money, we would stay there again.

The only thing I would say on a negative note is that the lack of guests made the hotel feel empty and desserted. I would suggest that it would have been better to temporarily close this hotel and move the guests to the waterpark or beach. This would not only improve customer experience it would generate more profit for the group and eliminate a lot of waste.
