Большая, чистая территория, уютные виллы с личным бассейном, большой общий бассейн. Шоколадный час, пенная вечеринка, хороший пляж.

Далековато от города, скудный выбор на обед и ужин. При этом отличные завтраки.

Hotellialue on mahtava. Allasalueet ja oma ranta, on siistit ja hienot. Huone oli iso, ihanalla merinäköalalla. Aamiainen todella kattava, ja maukas. Suklaatunti, jossa oli maukkaita tarjottavia👍 Hyvä kuntosali.

Sijaitsee todella kaukana kaikesta, onneksi meillä oli skootteri.

Больше всего не устраивает грязный пляж, ленивый персонал, который не утруждается уборкой территории, как от мусора на пляже, так и грязной посуды по ВСЕЙ территории отельной группы. Грязная посуда может пролежать на улице, на лежаках полдня и всю ночь. В зале ресторана не достаточно места для комфортного передвижения. Плюс к этому, персонал не старается оперативно убрать грязную посуду и предложить вам свободное место. Сам выбор еды на завтрак достаточно ограничен. Ресторанов для ужина не хватает, а меню очень бедное. Это при том, что отель находится на море. В спорт зале бездарно расположены воздуховоды кондиционирования. Очень холодный воздух при низких потолках направлен точно на места тренажеров и на щкафы гардеробов. Меня продуло. Я заболел. Следующие пять дней ходил с соплями. Моя оценка работы менеджмента отеля - неудовлетворительная!

整體房間和酒店風格算是有設計感舒適, 選擇的海景雙床單房公寓－附陽台內部寬敞, 床舒適浴室空間足夠 Residences棟的餐廳Lang Chai早餐口味好吃, 選項稍微有點少座位也偏少, 無法同時容納大部分客人 下午15:30-16:30有chocolate happy hour提供巧克力噴泉, 口味較普通但適合有帶小朋友家庭

但需要注意的是Residences此棟是沒有臨近海灘的!! 需要搭接駁車前往main building的泳池後才會連接到私人海灘! 並不是如敘述的距離 300 公尺! 清潔方面: 整體而言房間清潔是非常需要加強的! 浴室有明顯腳印/床下地毯有落塵/陽台地板全是昆蟲屍體感覺是有一週以上沒清潔陽台/房間內提供礦泉水本應提供4罐, 入住後僅看到2罐 服務方面: 接駁車小哥和其他服務人員是親切的, 但前台服務需要加強; 由於入住後房間僅提供2罐礦泉水, 隔天打電話給櫃檯請他們幫忙補上, 但半小時內打了兩通遲遲沒有補上, 因為要趕著出門所以直接下lobby反映. 當下得到前台回應是"真的嗎?不好意思我向同仁確認一下"前台便開始在電腦上瘋狂打字了五分鐘左右, 才跟我說不好意思似乎訊息有漏掉了...後詢問我是否要在現場等還是回房間等, 怕他們又漏了, 所以我選擇在現場等五分鐘後再自行將水拿回去. 當下真的覺得很困惑, 為什麼一個補水的動作都到了前台不能馬上打點話給房務部門處理? 需要用電腦溝通確認? 第2件是晚上回房間後發現房間有兩三隻飛蟲, 因為本身很懼怕昆蟲, 所以在驅趕昆蟲的過程中不小心將浴室的漱口杯在走廊打破. 怕玻璃碎片會傷到其他房客, 當下立即打電話給前台請他們幫忙處理, 但打了兩次電話溝通後一樣10分鐘內都無人前來打掃. 最後我們先把走廊上的碎片自己撿起集中在一處後, 再前往一樓前台反映. 與前台溝通的過程中, 我們一直強調希望當下派人打掃, 因為怕誤傷到其他房客, 但從頭到尾前台的回應是"好的我們會告知房務同事"但也沒具體說何時會過來, 也沒有關切我們是否有受傷. 當下感覺真的是非常的冷漠, 也在想或許是前台英文能力不足夠可以表達自己的意思, 但整體來說跟前台溝通的兩次都讓我留下不好的經驗.

Incredible good time there!

Only thing we would have wished for is a possibility to get free water, maybe with a refill system. 2$ for a 450ml bottle of water (which is the only source for water in a tropical and super hot place) felt a little like you have been cheated and is not what you expect from a 5-star hotel…

We were upgraded to a wonderful suite on a high floor. The view is exceptional. All employees are polite and nice. Breakfast is very good and diversified. The private beach and the pool are super nice. Must be the best experience we had for the price we paid

The massage skills really need to be improved. It wasn't at all satisfying, or it didn't feel comfortable, or you felt nothing (even when I asked her to put in more strength). If it wasn't for the very nice spa space that we had free full day access to along with the massage, it would be very disappointing the 3m vnd massages that we paid. The employees' attitude was still very good though.

Very comfortable and worth to stay. Staffs are very good. Good view and location.

Water dispenser is not safety for kids, they can run hot water very easily.

- Excellent breakfast. Variety of cuisines presented. Delicious. Outstanding work of both cooking staff and attending personnel during breakfast and dining time overall. Compliments and appreciation to the Islander Restaurant chef! - Attentive personnel. - Appreciated front desk manager allocating us a room distant from crowded and noisy areas. - Quick response and solutions to all the troublesome issues and/or any kind of requests. - Comfortable and scenic swimming pool and beach bar area/facilities. Perfectly designed to enjoy sea view and/or sunset every day. - Lovely, delicious, and generous daily chocolate hour event. - Excellent internet coverage and connection throughout the whole property area. - Enjoyed modern smart TV functions overall and in particular such as screen mirroring one. Very accommodating - to watch your own media in the evening or on a very rainy weather day. - Perfect for the-family-with-kids stay. And not so much for those who seek some tranquility for oneself or for the two.

- I would expect rooms cleanness, maintenance state, and odors to be more thoroughly checked and addressed before letting a guest into the room after the check-in. - I would expect better English language command, pronunciation inclusive, from the personnel in the major servicing areas (front desk, lobby bar, restaurant). It was an interesting experience communicating with the staff via google translator or trying to decode a front desk manager's speech in the 5 star resort. - Out of courtesy for all the dining guests, I would restrict the use of mobile phones during breakfast time and/or in the restaurant overall. People taking videos and photos, making video and audio calls, watching or listening to media with the sound on during breakfast time was very annoying and disturbing. - Out of courtesy for all the residing and resting guests, I would introduce and encourage a silent mode use of mobile/electronical devices both by the property personnel and by the guests in the common use areas of the property. I often would feel as if I never left the city or my work place due to constant alarming sounds of messengers or phone calls. - Had a dissonance experience when the front desk personnel asked me two times if I would want to have a breakfast box prepared for me due to early check-out and ultimately leaving the property without it as it was not prepared.

Rooms are comfortable, spacious and modern.

Food and drinks are extremely expensive (European prices), and hotel is far away from everything.

The best point is the private villa with pool.

The staff during the check-in was quite rude. I asked in advance for an early check-in and they were lying to me. Then losing time because telling us the inventory and the price for that.

I was locked in my room twice which makes me really uncomfortable. Then the staff was not really helpful

The resort and facilities where very good.

The staff and service was very poor, we had to go down to get our own cutlery, as they refused to deliver it in the room, and twice what we ordered they got the wrong dish and were very poor with sorting it out.

Room is very very big

The water is hardly going down for the facial sink in bathroom.

Beautiful inside and out, friendly staff (overall), super comfy bed, food was excellent and the pool lovely. A really lovely holiday!

When things became busy in the restaurant, a couple of the waiting staff came across as a little terse but on the whole they were amazing. I think it was more that they felt stressed/harassed.

the private beach and pool is fantastic. but the beach has some trash which I picked up some.😅

they cannot help to send the postcard. hope they can provide this service. I believe that will be helpful for tourists.

It was such a pleasant stay. Staffs were polite, always willing to help, and facilities were top notch. Will stay again and highly recommend it to friends and families. Thank u Movenpick. You guys are awesome.

Location was little bit far from grand world.

1. Gym is good 2. Breakfast has a lot of choices 3. Beach is clean 4. Swiming pool is clean and not very crowded 5. Staffs are nice and well behaved

1. Inconsistent services. I borrow a dinner set (plate, fork, ...) to my room, and the restaurant asked me to contact the call center/front desk, I called the front desk, and the operator asked me to go down to the restaurant to sign before borrowing anything. I went down to the restaurant, they gave me the dinner set without any request for a signature or anything... 2. Many items are overcharged compared to Saigon and Hanoi. Should hotel guests complain to the VCCA (Consumer Protection)? 3. All employees talk about eco, environment protection, and wellness, .... but they are not trained well about that: foods are very oily, very sweet, imbalance for a portion for dinner dishes, etc... 4. Gym is open 5 AM - 22 PM (the front desk told me 5:30 AM), I went to the gym at 5 AM for my first day, and the light is off, I went down to the front desk asking for help, then wait for about 20 mins and I had to turn on the light by myself and keep doing that for the rest of my stay (6 days)
