Very clean and well furnished suite. Quiet neighborhood and close to shops and food. Check in was easy. Definitely would recommend to friends and family!

Lovely condo - super quiet and the location is convenient to multiple delicious restaurants.
The only disappointment was the mattress which I found to be crunchy lumpy - with a notable depression on one side. It’s time for a new mattress. There were only three towels and two hand towels, but they were of nice quality. The condo is super comfortable overall and I appreciated the coffee pods. I recommend!

This is a great location NW of Denver, more or less between Denver and Boulder. Walking distance to several good restaurants and grocery stores, yet quiet area on property. There are loads of shopping and restaurants a short driving distance away as well. Brad (property manager) was very accommodating and responsive. Great experience

This property is exactly as advertised: excellent location, having a mix of residential and commercial properties. Property manager was very good to work with. We look forward to renting this unit again.

The is a spacious well decorated townhome that has close access to stores and restaurants and is in close proximity to both Boulder and Denver which we liked a lot. The owner was very responsive to questions and we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 4 days and the apartment was STUNNING!
It was so clean and the area was surrounded by stores and restaurants which are easy to walk to. The location was great. We were a short distance between denver and boulder which made our stay even more productive. Would highly recommend renting this place.

My husband and I had such a wonderful time. We absolutely loved this spacious condo. So beautiful and clean. Loved having the kitchen and living room space to hang out and then the bedroom is upstairs, which provide lots of privacy. We walked everywhere as dining and shopping is so close. A perfect place for a long weekend getaway! Brad, the owner, is super easy to reach out and contact if needed:)

This is an outstanding property with plenty of room for two. The place has all you could ask for and is nicely located between Denver and Boulder. It's in a nice new development within walking distance of restaurants and Whole Foods. Parking out front is easy and the area seems very safe. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it for couples.

We attended a local wedding and the location of this VRBO was perfect. Very unique and stylish loft. Not for those that can't handle 3 flights of stairs.

My wife and I love this spot. Well stocked kitchen with new appliances, comfortable bed and really nice bathroom and shower. Huge closet. There are steps, so that might be challenging to some. Walking distance to Whole Foods, a nice wine store and several good restaurants. Brad makes check in and checkout painless and is very responsive if needed. Highly recommended!

Pristine property with everything we needed. We were in town for two sold out shows at the 1stBank Center in Broomfield. This space gave us the quiet and comfortable place we needed to rest, relax, and recover between shows. The commute to and from the venue was less than 10 minutes with virtually no traffic. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone needing a calm abode within walking distance of good restaurants and a grocery store while attending an event at 1stBank Center.

This townhouse feels like a private home in a friendly neighborhood. Everything you may need is within walking distance like Whole Foods, restaurants, and liquor store. The balconies make sitting outside a pleasure and the inside has comfortable, modern furnishings. The entire place is clean, smells good, and each room is fully equipped with everything you need. The entire process from booking, to communicating with the owner, and accessing the home was enjoyable and simple. Highly recommend this home for a relaxing and comfortable stay while visiting the area.

Absolutely stunning property! Not a single detail was overlooked when making the design choices. Very convenient location, host was excellent. The only thing we thought was strange was that were no washcloths.

This was a marvelous experience from the very start to checkout. Brad was responsive, prompt and pleasant. The location was perfect for us- five minute drive from our son, walking distance to several great restaurants and Whole Foods. The living space is modern, clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked. This will be our go to spot whenever we visit our son, daughter in law and grandson in the future. Thank you!

I had lovely week in this perfect unit. The location was convenient to my business meeting and also allowed me a quick visit to Pearl Street in Boulder. Brad was wonderful host. I would stay again and recommend this lovely spot for a single person or a couple.

We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Everything was 5-Star. Beautiful neighborhood for walking, and convenient location. Well stocked, including the kitchen. Owner was quick to respond with any questions. Will definitely book again when in the area.

Great spot great place
Really enjoyed staying in this location. Best little neighborhood and easy to get around. Only criticism is that shampoo and soap were not included. Nor was there a blanket for the couch. Very minor.

Great stay in a a great location
My Bride and I stayed here for several days during a motorcycle trip to see our son. The condo was perfect and we really appreciated that there still some simple amenities like paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. the neighborhood is really something else with so much within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

The penthouse was perfect & located in a cute neighborhood within walking distance to shops & restaurants. It was clean & has everything you need. Communication with the host was great. The community pool was a nice bonus. I would stay there again.
