Overall nice place, great location with great amenities. Only downfall is that you can hear people above you, we had very loud people above us making noise into the early morning hours.

The view from the 18th floor was incredible, the condo was nice and clean when we arrived. My only complaint about the condo was the washing machine had mold in it and the towels that were hung in the bathrooms smelled terrible of must and had to be rewashed before we could use them. Even after re-washing them, they still did not smell great. There were also not enough towels/wash cloths for all of us, so we had to wash multiple times a day.
As far as the resort goes, the elevator rides to and from the 18th floor were miserable, especially when trying to load and unload the cars. During check in and check out times, it was next to impossible to find an elevator that had room for you to get on. Not to mention, the employees of the resort used the same elevators as we did and they were often using an entire elevator to transport towels, luggage racks, etc. up and down. I realize they need to use an elevator, but perhaps they should have a designated elevator that is only for employees. The parking garage is very tight, and very difficult to maneuver in anything larger than a small car. We often parked across the street at the overflow parking lot, which was much more convenient. The pools were decent but seemed like there was always one shut down which made the others very crowded. The restaurant at the resort is extremely expensive for a breakfast meal and the food was not good. The vending machines were broken, the ice machines were always out of ice.

We had a very fun vacation. Took our grandson to the ocean for the first time. Had a blast. The condo was awesome looks just like the picture. Jonathon the host was awesome answered all my questions in a timely manner. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a girls trip and had an awesome time. The rental was roomy and comfortable. It had all the necessary essentials. Comfortable beds with plenty of linens, working televisions in every room, more than enough towels and washcloths for everyone, an a kitchen full of everything needed. The host was gracious and readily available on the phone to answer aby questions . Time maybe for some livingroom furniture replacements, but overall this was a nice little getaway for my group of 8 ladies. Will gladly do it again.

We checked in 3 days after Hurricane Ian hit Myrtle Beach. We were assured that everything was fine and since we were going to be arriving very late this was important. The manager checked in Saturday evening when we hadn’t arrived yet to make sure everything was ok. We told him we would be checking in around 1am and he asked us to let him know in the morning that we had arrived and everything was ok with the unit. We got there and it was so late and our 6 year old wasn’t sure about staying in the room by himself….the baby monitor made this easy for him. When we got up we were so impressed with the unit. The rooms were perfect and each had a touch that made it extra….from the drying rack, to the outdoor equipment, the extremely well stocked kitchen, extra hooks in the bathrooms, fun games and comfortable furniture. Everything was needed. The resort was great and the pools were clean and warm. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Myrtle Beach!

We stay at Paradise Resort every year and the previous place we would stay at sold their rental property so we had to find a new rental for this year. Boy! Did we hit the jackpot! The place is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Just like the photos! We had one slight issue with the air conditioning and the owners had someone out there that afternoon and it was fixed! Owners very engaged and quick responses. So happy we found this place for our annual MB vacation/daughter’s dance competition.

The condo was beautifully decorated. The balcony was fabulous. It was big enough for the 10 of us to sit on and enjoy the ocean breeze! Would definitely go back. Great restaurants a short drive or Uber away. The beach was clean and you could walk for miles! Had fun watching the dolphins with our binoculars! Elyse was great at responding to my messages and was very nice and responded quickly to my questions.

Beautiful condo. We had a family of 5 ranging kids from 22 to 9 and it was perfect. The view and decor was amazing you definitely knew you where vacationing on the ocean. The condo itself is very family friendly. Lazy river. Big pool. Indoor pool. Late swimming hours. A couple hot tubs.
(The gentleman working the pool area was a little grumpy and snarky) but everyone else was wonderful. Very lively condo. DJ during the day. Karaoke too. Lots of chairs to sit in. Really good food right at the bar.
The kids loved having the on-site Italian ice. And they loved that an ice cream place was just around the corner.
The beach was beautiful. Clean. Crowded but not overly.
And the owners of this condo are INCREDIBLE. We had a medical set back that forced us to miss the first two days of our trip and they were so supportive and sweet.
I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place.

This was my first time using VRBO to book a vacation rental. Everything from the booking to the payment to the communication with the owners was extremely easy. We encountered no major problems and found the resort’s proximity to the beach amazing. Elevators were extremely fast, even considering that the resort houses 20 floors. If looking for a condo in Myrtle Beach, the Blue Crab should be at the top of your list.

This condo was a home away from home. We had 9 adults and a 2 year old. We had enough room for all of us. The master suite was very roomy and comfortable. Several of the group had never been to the beach before and most of group had never been to myrtle beach. We all enjoyed our time. Lots to do and see. We definitely needed more time. Would stay there again.

Condo was nice but didn’t realize much of the property is a hotel with nightly rooms. Being on the 18th floor made the elevator stop often making coming and going a pain. Kids enjoyed the pool and lazy river, beach was pretty. Location was undesirable without restaurants in walking distance, a rental car is a must.

All Star Football Trip
My son was selected to play in an all star football game and due to the size of our family (7), it sometimes makes staying in hotels not only pricey but not quite as comfy. Well did we hit the jackpot with this one. The place was everything it said and more. The entire place was spotless, the views unreal, the location perfect and the owners maybe the easiest people we ever dealt with. We all liked it so much that we are not only talking about a trip next year to get away but also a possible summertime vacation. Couldn't believe how clean and the precautions taken during COVID. I almost hesitate to write this because we do not want to secret out. Has to be the best deal in Myrtle Beach.
