Die personal waren sehr gut. Pokal,Kajal,Subham,Gulshan,Vipin und kleine Sardar ji waren alle so toll, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Es war eine von besten Erfahrungen für mich in Hotel. Frühstück war immer lecker und gesund. Immer wieder beim Holiday Inn Zirakpur.

Camas comodísimas, el baño muy cómodo y con todos los productos de higiene, vistas espectaculares con un ventanal enorme. El desayuno muy completo y el personal muy servicial.

At Dinner time please provide breads (Roti and Naans) in Buffet system, sometime a person can't eat all pieces of breads, so it is a wastage.

breakfast was good lot of options; taste was also amazing. Dinner could have been better. The pool was excellent. Staff was warm and friendly. Front desk was polite and quick. Guest service manager was also very caring and took care of our needs. Nice day spent at the hotel.

It was just amazing property in city, close to market and highway. Food was good and delicious, Breakfast had good variety.

When I requested a late check-out at the reception, they agreed. The food was delicious.

The bathroom's exhaust fan was non-functional, and the room lacked essential items such as dental supplies, a vanity, and a hair care kit. Additionally, there were frequent power outages.

One of the worst hospitality experiences we have faced in this hotel. The receptionist didn't bother to hear our complaint and disconnected the call. In dine service was so slow that we had to call multiple times and there was an order for milk for infant which we didn't receive though we called numerous times. There were some other issues as well but they were minor ones. When we asked for the manager, he didn't even come to attend our complaint. This was the very first experience and we prefer not to ever visit this hotel.

Location is far from Chandigarh and hence should be chosen carefully. The hotel in itself has great amenities . Staff was cooperative in all requests
