The apartment is well located. The bedroom was comfortable. It's also a fairly quiet area with good parking.

Perhaps the shower towels could be thicker and also have extension leads for charging your phone and other equipment.

Penthouse Suite is a gem of a place, just be aware there are 2 flights of stairs to climb! A chance to get your exercise! 😊

Elegant, generous space. Wonderful, helpful hosts. I didn't take public transportation but driving around works and I loved the free parking near the place.

It’s so cute! Very homey, with great details. The beds were comfy and the owner had everything from qtips to umbrellas for us.

The property manager is awesome! Great, comfortable place to stay. I felt like I was at my own apartment while I stayed there for two days. Very clean... so clean that I felt like I was the first person to enter the entire building after a remodel! The shared kitchen/ lounge space is really nice although I didn't use it. I showered at 2pm, so not a peak demand time for hot water and I wished it was a little hotter. Bottom Line: I will be checking to see if they have availability anytime I return to Philadelphia!

"Free Parking" I thought would mean a reserved spot in a small driveway or something. Not just that you can park on the street for free if you can find a spot... I found a spot two blocks away to leave the car for two days with no problems. The street in front of the property is quiet enough to unload your stuff and then go park so it really was no big deal. I'll say it again...Bottom Line: I will be checking to see if they have availability anytime I return to Philadelphia!

Creatively decorative family area and Nicely stocked shared kitchen area. Clean room and comfortable bed. Owner was quickly responsive. You can park your car fairly easily and walk the neighborhood, take subway, or grab an Uber.

Up and coming neighborhood so just set your expectations. Subway is close and gets you quickly to the tourist areas but it can be dirty / busy with homeless around (like most larger cities). They ignore you but just be aware of your surroundings to be on the safe side.
