Rooms were warm and comfortable

Hotel is very worn looking especially the doors/hallway/carpets Showers in leisure centre not working

the route to our room was overly complex and my partner ended up getting lost at one stage. way too far from any exit we can use

Staff service and dinner. Food was dry for dinner on everything with got. Staff were very laid back , so laid back that they never gave eating utensils not even after we asked for them. Served tea but never served milk again had to ask staffa second time. We were one of 5 eating that night so I expected more of a service.

The staff and the location were the best part about the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean.

While the bathrooms look relatively modern, the room itself could do with some updating.

sunny da put me in a room with no aircon but I was beside 6 aircon fans outside my bedroom window so couldn’t even leave the window open while sleeping . it’s way over priced for the quality of the hotel charged me 280 in June . really wasn’t happy

Full Irish breakfast was good and freshly cooked. Really glad to see a lift was available although some second & third floor rooms also involved steps over which luggage would need to be humped. In our case, the receptionist thankfully obliged by changing our allocated room.

Dinner was a disappointment. Service was good but the quality and choice was pretty mediocre. The advertised trout turned out to be over-cooked salmon accompanied by lots of mash; the accompanying vegetables were "lightly" cooked and likely to be a danger to one's teeth; the desserts were very heavy on cream. Non-access to drinking water. Abence of tourist info for the town and surrounding area
