great room, very nice with good Wi-Fi, shared bathroom even was good and clean and kept well

I didn't stay in the level of accommodation I paid for. I had a room smelling of stale cigarette smoke and furniture with cigarette burns on it. I had a bed, wonky wardrobe, TV on a burned chest of drawers and a bedside table. No chair, not remotely like the photo here.

See above. The address on the booking wasn't the address I was sent to. The accommodation wasn't what I paid for but it was too late to complain as I had a Convention dinner to attend at 6.45pm.

The accommodation was ok. The heating came on about 8pm and stayed warm enough. The shared bathroom appeared to be for me alone. The bed was just about ok, but a little thin. The bedcovers just about ok with the hating on. The pillows were fine.

Good value for money. Very clean and comfortable room, very spacious and recently renovated. Shared bathroom, also spacious and clean. Did not meet any staff - all organised online and via email regards to security codes etc

Sign and better lighting at the front door on the street would be great, not clear which building the apartments are in

Walk to theatre

The apartment stunk of cigarette smoke, and we are both ashmatic. I rang to asked to be moved. No reply and left a message no response back. . Had no sleep due to having to leave a window open because of smell, we are both non smokers and, we struggled my husband and myself with breathing.. The room was freezing and the heating was obviously turned off at mains, as tried to put it on? and was clear it wasnt goung to go on. Noisy traffic with window havingto be open. The bed??? So uncomfortable felt springs on evey movement made. 😫 Broken draw below wardrobe. Tekevision needed a clean... Bathroom grout around shower n bath dirty. Plaster piece missing on bathroom wall. Absolutely freezing bathroom and bedroom. Bathroom no blinds so silhouette could be seen through bathroom if having bath or shower. Was a nightmare stay, could not wait to get back jome. Very disgruntled with no response from making my call for support? As also was very difficult to get into the first door with entrance code, very time consuming as numerous tries would not accept code? After numerous tries and waiting for resets? Very cold outside, both pensioners, eventually got in? But very upset with apartment let down, did not look the same as what the pictures looked like online.
