Located near the airport During our check-out process, I was assisted by an exceptionally professional staff member. Unfortunately, I cannot recall her full name, but I believe it began with the letter M.

Upon arrival, we encountered lengthy queues at check-in, and the reception staff appeared disinterested in assisting guests. They give you $40 credit per room for use at the restaurant or pool bar. Additionally, they required a $50 daily deposit. I had difficulty understanding the hotel's calculation of daily charges. Seeking clarification, I approached the reception desk where I encountered a native English speaker who then called over another individual, presumably a manager. Unfortunately, the manager's customer service skills left much to be desired. As I attempted to explain my concerns, the manager abruptly interrupted, stating, "I have heard you." I was taken aback by this unprofessional demeanor. The situation continued to deteriorate from there. On our first evening, we visited the bar to celebrate our anniversary. Unfortunately, the bartender displayed an unprofessional attitude, seemingly due to a lack of tips. After initially ignoring this behavior, I attempted to place a second order. The bartender engaged in conversation with a colleague, disregarding my presence for approximately 5 minutes. When she finally acknowledged me, she refused service. It's worth noting that we were seated at nearby tables, not directly at the bar. The staff seemed overly focused on receiving tips, resulting in poor customer service and a lack of genuine care for guests' experiences.

I enjoyed that this hotel offered the comforts of home such as a full kitchen etc.

Employees did not inform you of amenities such as receiving $40 a day credit despite being asked, did not inform client of amenities such as beach chairs for the beach. Because of this, my husband and I spend money on umbrellas and beach chairs to rent when at the beach We were uninformed that you received $40 per day as a credit. We were just told that we’d get a $40 credit for one day by the time we were informed that we should have gotten a $40 credit for each day. It was the last night and the manager told us that they could not honor the other Four days because they did not carry so we lost that money. I was also very upset when we had to be removed from the room. We booked the king studio, which suited us as a couple perfectly because the TV was not working. We were moved to a one bedroom with two double beds and when we objected we were told that that was the only room available so we had no choice despite this is not being what we choose, and it was not suitable for a couple to have two double beds instead of one king. The entire process employees were very unapologetic and seem to not care about disappointing guest.

Le cadre est appréciable, situé non loin de l'aéroport de SAN JUAN. Il y a des restaurants à proximité dont le présence d'un supermarché ouvert H24. L'hôtel dispose d'une belle salle de sport, d'une piscine pour enfants.

La chambre était équipée d'une kitchenette n'avaient pas suffisamment d'ustensiles pour cuisiner pour une famille de 4 (2 parents et deux enfants). Il manquaient des couverts, des casseroles, d'une poêle.... La chambre avait des traces d'humidité sur une partie du plafond de l'entrée et des murs. Et le petit déjeuner était moyen dans l'ensemble et la nourriture proposé dans la taxe de 40$ / jour n'était pas spécialement bonne.

The location is good , close to old San Juan and beach. Also close to La Placita .

We reserved a room with pool view ( which they charge extra ) but they gave us a room with street view :( Food is ok but I think they should do little better .
