A very good choice, close in to San Juan sites and convenient to the airport. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Arrived late after a flight delay. Photos and instructions from host Iris made check in a breeze. So quiet in the morning that I snoozed until 9am.

I stayed in their studio! It was local and very comfortable! I loved the vibe and the BED was sooo comfy! I had to debate on exploring PR or staying in. But the host was always communicating through out. Great experience, beautiful home with a backyard, I also felt safe.

Very quite, not a place to get out and walk, not much to do. But we got here after dark. I dont think it was a place for 2 women to be out and about walking.

We flew in late and just needed a place close by the airport for the night. Unfortunately our navigator took us the wrong direction. I called our host at 10 pm looking for help. She answered the phone and helped us locate her place. Check in was easy and the place looked just like the pictures. There was a parking spot and the location was quiet. The bed was very comfortable too. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed here on an overnight layover. It’s about 10 minutes from SJU and was perfect. Iris was a great communicator.

If you have no car , do not book this property . If you want privacy and not to be watched on camera do not book this property . If you want to be rushed out the property 15 minutes before check out then you should book this . If you are late for check out , the host will beat on the door and get the keys to open it . She watches from her bedroom window at night , the Ubers you take , she will probably charge a car parking fee. She doesn’t like Marijuana which is fine but she will convince you it’s illegal but if you have a medical card you’re fine . But if you want to smoke don’t book this property. This was the worst part of my whole vacation , especially for the first time me visiting San Juan. I never seen a host live on the property when hosting a air b n b . The pricing is to high for one room and all the restrictions you must follow . This isn’t a good place for young teens , mid 20-s or early 30s if you like to have fun .
