Very happy with our stay here. The accommodations were as advertised. On site property manager was very nice and helpful. Really enjoyed the fact it was right on the beach. Convenient to grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants.

Small issue with housekeeping in one suite, but the manager was very quick to respond. Wonderful view and location.

Nice, clean, relaxing stay

Overall it was good, there could have been more communication around the majority of the condo being different than the VRBO section.

This condo was clean and had the most beautiful views. Loved walking out onto the beach to watch the sunrise. Mr. Todd was also very quick to respond to any messages. My only complaint is that I couldn’t stay longer! We will be back!

Great stay. No real complaints. Communication with owner and checkin went great. Some items in the unit are showing age and wear but again overall great. Location great for the beach. Sand Dunes resort itself showing age and needs updating much more so than the unit itself.

We liked the location and it was comfortable for 6 of us. We really liked the extra sink outside the bathroom and laundry in the unit. Good pool and beach access. Todd was very helpful when we needed things. Silverware was a bit sparse but we made it work! I agree with the other poster that it needs more towel bars in the blue bathroom. Overall it was a good spot for our family.

The property was in a beautiful location and the view of the ocean was fantastic. Some of the furnishings were a little old, but overall the property was clean & we would return!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, spacious and had amazing views from the balcony decks! We plan on returning and have recommended it to everyone who asked about our vacation. Todd the property manager was so attentive and helpful and quickly answered all of our questions and recommended a few nice restaurants and they were great! We enjoyed the stay. The bathroom sinks in the main room drained slow and the toilet had low water levels. We enjoy our time there

Cute condo on the ocean.

We were celebrating our sister's Birthday and we wanted something clean, spacious, with ocean views. We did our research and we decided on this location which we were pleasantly pleased. I had to call the host to get the parking info. He answered the first call and was very helpful. The Kitchen dinner area was my favorite along with the bed and living room balconies. Overall we had a great stay! Suggestions for Improvement: My curtain was great for blocking out any sunlight, however i like to wake up to it. my Room (the 2nd bedroom) needed a veil or blinds with the curtain provided. Blinds would provide privacy from the outside public foot traffic that directly walks by that window while allowing in sunlight. The living room couch is very attractive, however it needs to be steam cleaned or updated. i recall reading it in one of the earlier reviews. I saw and felt what they meant. i like to watch the local myrtle beach news and live weather on cable when in town. The cable channel placemat menus on the dressers gave me the impression there was ready cable/sattelite , along with the weblisted description amenities. So i checked the source inputs, however no cable channels . Also my remote couldn't access the tv internet apps. Its always good to have a landline phone for emergencies however the wall-cord was missing in my bedroom. Despite those things, my sisters enjoyed watching their Netflix shows at night and sitting on the balconies at day, which made me happy. Overall we had a great stay!

The entire unit was comfortable and a great layout for our stay. Ocean view was adequate. Kitchen was mostly well equipped (see below) and efficient. AC worked well. Beds and furniture quite comfortable. Overall a pleasant experience. Would stay here again. Some things could use improvement: the towels were horrible(guests should bring there own), eating utensils and plates were sparse (recommend owners upgrade the assortment), bathroom in the 1444 needs serious upgrade (don't forget to add towel bars), exterior doors were a little difficult to open(stuck shut, had to push hard).

Communication with host was excellent. Love the location of the property. Very comfortable and quiet.

Really loved the property, the location, and the overall experience. We flew in for this vacation. Really wish that there were some beach chairs and beach towels. We have stayed at several other condos where these were provided. It was disappointing that we did not have these at this condo. We bought some chairs and gave them away before we left. We could not bring them with us and could not take them home. It was money we had to spend for only being there 4 days. Please consider this for future guests. It doesn’t cost much to add such a benefit for your guests.

Property was clean and beachfront. Sand Dunes Resort was a grey facility and Todd was prompt with responding to questions.

Had a blast

Property was in nice location. Right on the beach with beautiful views. The property itself was good. Needs some work with damaged dressers. Only had 1 usable sauce pan and no baking sheet. But overall stay was great and location is perfect.

We had a great vacation. The condo was very clean and in a great location.

The pictures of the room were accurate and the room was clean and we had a great stay. Only issue was the cleaning people were there when we checked in and we checked in after check in time.

I’ve been going to Myrtle Beach for 20+ years and this place has been my absolute favorite so far! Loved the decor. It was quiet up on our floor also. Just a great spot overall.

The place was as advertised. CONs: The towels were still damp (but was easily rectified with another turn in the dryer). The sheets on one of the beds did not look clean, so I washed them prior to using. The couch needs a good steam clean and the kitchen was not very well stocked for general use - a few bowls, several very small plates, one small cutting board, and a hodge podge of random cookware. There was construction going on in the condo next door during the day on Tuesday during our stay (sawzall, power drill etc.) which made it difficult to find a quiet area to take a work call. PROs: Todd was very responsive when I didn't receive the access code on time for check-in and helping understand the parking situation. Beach access is great and the beach is not overcrowded in the area. They started us with basics like TP, dish soap, hand soap, tissues, trash bags, paper towel roll, a dishwasher pod, etc - making it easy to start enjoying the place immediately! Ice maker in the freezer was great too. And there is a Starbucks within a 2-minute walk to the next building over.
