Nice big room, all of us together. Comfy beds. Plenty of seats. Right in the centre, so didn't have to go too far, could walk everywhere.

No toaster, cutlery or crockery. Only plastic beakers, but there was a kettle!!!

Communication was perfect. On the day of check in, they called to let me know that the reception was closed due to staffing issues and they gave me plenty of instructions for gaining access, paying the deposit, checking out, etc. I had been a bit worried after reading some reviews, especially about the deposit. However, I have no idea why these reviews exist. If you treat the place with respect, you'll get your deposit back.. same as anywhere else. Messaging through the web app was great, and they were quick to get back to me. I highly recommend this place for group trips. There was no kitchen or anything, but this was just a place for us to have as a base for our night in Liverpool and it ticked all of the boxes.

Everything was great , the size of apartment , the facilities , beds really comfy - everything clean

The only little issue was having to drop bags at the office and fetching them to go back to the hotel - not a long distance but with some of our group having mobility issues , it wasn’t the best

I liked the fact we had a lot of space

I didn’t like the fact that the showers didn’t even work and the toilets didn’t flush so unhygienic and the staff didn’t seem to care when this got brought to there attention due to this we all had to make our way home in taxis to get showers then continue with out site seing around liverpool

Lovely and warm when we arrived and tv was good for playing music. Bar area and fridge were good.

Not enough pillows for the amount of people. Some of us had to use towels for pillows. Would not book again due to this apartment not having any cutlery, plates or cups etc. it’s good if you’re having a party and bring absolutely everything with you. Not if you want a cup of tea at any point. People were calling our room from 3am to 5am to be let in to the building. Very annoying.
