I was already few times in tha hotel, never had anything to complain but this time i was disappointed..Room overall was clean,but bedsheets were so wrinkle and discolored like sombody was sleeping there.. and bath towel with big hole in it... guys what happened?

Hotel Indigo was wonderful from start to finish! Staff was very friendly & helpful. The room had a lovely decor, great bathroom & the space was warm, comfortable & cozy. Crave Restaurant & Lounge Bar was fantastic, service & food/cocktails!
Definitely, will be returning to Hotel Indigo! Thanks for a great experience!

Service was not as good as one would expect for this pricey of a hotel. There is no automatic daily cleaning service, so you have to request it the day before. Despite requesting trash removal and toiletries, they often would not come to remove the trash (just left toiletries and towels in a bag on the door). In addition, they did not have a microwave available for several days even though they said it would likely be available upon request. The TV lost signal on one of the nights and we couldn’t figure out how to fix it. The mini fridge was one of the nice perks of the hotel room; however, it seemed a bit old and had trouble closing without knocking the side of the cabinet wall. Front desk staff was sometimes absent for awhile in the evening, so it was not always easy to request things even walking up the front desk. Convenient connections to Mayo Clinic and the shopping center via skyway. Nice restaurant connected to it (Crave) but it was so pricey we didn’t get much from there (only happy hour prices are reasonable and that is only from 3-6 pm seated at the bar, not to go). Overall a nice high end hotel with nice decor but somewhat subpar in amenities and service.

Clean, well taken care of. The staff was very nice and helpful answering all of our questions. The fact that they have a shuttle to the hospital is a big plus!

I paid for parking twice once when with you when I booked and once with the motel when I checked out. Terrible communication never book motel rooms with Expedia!!!

Room was small. Door to bathroom wouldn't close. Toilet roll kept popping out of holder.

We were greeted with a friendly smile, check in was quick, our room was clean and spacious, and our dinner and drinks at Crave were delicious! I would give this hotel a 10/10!

Rooms were clean and sufficient however water flow for the shower was poor, coffee maker did not work, no microwave. Parking was available but the ramp to get to street was very inconvenient. Would most likely not stay at this hotel again.

During my stay at Indigo Hotel, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience. First and foremost, the air conditioning in my room was not working, which made the room uncomfortably warm. I promptly called the receptionist to report the problem, and they assured me that a maintenance person would come to address the issue. Unfortunately, despite my repeated follow-ups, no one ever came to check or fix the AC. This lack of response and attention to guest comfort was very disappointing and not what I expected from a hotel of this caliber. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service for future guests.

Went out to Mayo Clinic for a week, stayed at this hotel and it was conveniently connected to the clinic through skyways and underground tunnels so i could get to my adjoint without having to worry about going outside or driving to them.

Our room was very nice and comfortable. We had a quiet night's sleep. We really appreciated the skywalk/subway to the Mayo Clinic.

No valet parking or help with luggage. If that service does exist the gentleman standing out front never offered to help. I felt terrible for the feeble gentleman checking in who was not provided assistance. They list shuttle service to Mayo but unlike the other hotels it is a car that you reserve with restricted hours and can only transport one couple or individual at a time. If you need transportation and someone else is going at the same time you are out of luck. The other hotels offer shuttle buses. They offer refrigerators but no microwaves in room. A lot of clientele are there for multiple days and weeks but cannot heat food up in the room. The carpets are filthy in common areas as is the throw rug in our room. There is no closet to hang your clothes in. They have a small slot that will not accommodate two people. Stay elsewhere if the reason for your visit is Mayo. There are nicer properties that are much more accommodating.

We loved this property- it was perfect! Parking was so easy, even with their ramp being under construction we could still park in a ramp connecting to the hotel via skyway. Coincidentally, we were across the street from all of the dining and restaurants we wanted to explore making everything so walkable and convenient! We loved our stay in Rochester and this hotel was the perfect place! Very clean, quiet, safe, water available for purchase at the hotel desk which was great!

It is an office building with a hotel in it. The reception area is on the second floor of a multi-purpose building.

Good location. I took an art workshop in town so this was a convenient location for my class. Room was small but well appointed. Some classmates also stayed at this hotel and they were on a noisy lower floor. Walls are thin so depending on the location of your room, it might be noisy.
