I checked in early and they did not have a king bed ready. So I took two queens. Paid for a king. Also got a room by the highway and it was noisy all night long. I will not stay here again.

Lobby was amazing and thought it was beautiful. Check in was great and friendly but room was not so great. Just basic and beds were uncomfortable. Mold in bathroom in bottom of walls. It was a place to rest our heads

Very nice hotel within walking distance of Disney Springs. There was a free shuttle to the parks, and we had a really good time.

First off, there is no place to park while checking in. Not one thing was explained to us. Breakfast, pool, bars, restaurants nothing. The key to get in and out of the hotel gate did not work the whole time. The key did not work at the pool. We paid for breakfast and they said nothing about it and failed to give us our vouchers. Didn't explain vouchers of any sort. It was our 19th wedding anniversary we requested robes. They did nothing.

Staff was excellent with the exception of the hotel concierge. We asked for help booking a dinner reservation. We were told we were all set. The restaurant said no reservation was made. We should have been given a confirmation number which we did receive. We did have an issue with the AC in the room. It wasn’t working well so the room was very humid. We addressed this at checkout and the resort fee was waived. I would stay again.

Having stayed at this property about 7 years ago, I found it to be a bit out dated and some areas were not clean like the pool area. Some staff were very nice, some staff were not so nice. If you are going to work in this field, be nice! Overall I probably will pick a different hotel to stay at next tome.

The rooms don’t look like the pictures on the website when you book. You’re charged a resort fee for what, this place is nothing like a resort.

Location was great, walking distance to Dianey Springs. Easy to get to from major roads.

Several years ago it was fantastic. Now it needs a refreshing update with attention to details such as door locks, working electrical outlets and bathroom molding. I is no longer worth the price.

Hotel very clean excellent staff

Stayed for an overnight trip and had no problems. Check in/out was seamless from start to finish and guest services were friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect for Disney springs. The parking, hotel fees and whatever else you may get charged for is crazy. Just add it all in the price and be done. We did opt for the breakfast buffet, and it was perfect. The staff in there were extra friendly.

Fantastic, Hilton never disappoints. I will be back.

Hilton Lake Buena Vista at Disney Springs met expectations. From cleanliness, to convenience, plus their very helpful staff made our stay stress free. Walking distance to Disney Springs is a major plus.

There were 1000 young girls staying at this hotel for dance competitions. They ran up and down the halls, screaming at each other in the lobby, play soccer in the hallway and the parents or hotel staff did nothing. By the way the hotels only restaurant is permanently closed. This hotel has lots of conferences meaning long lines for food, elevators, valet, and parking. Wouldn’t stay here again if you want piece and quiet.

The location is perfect with Disney Springs an easy walk. The staff and facilities were excellent Self parking had a lot of spaces and well positioned for easy access. The buffet was excellent also.

The property was excellent. Our room was spacious and clean. Loved that it was within walking distance to Disney Sorings.

We were kept awake by drunken people screaming laughing and cursing outside our room. The hotel did nothing. This is all on video

Likes: Stayed here for a professional conference. My room was provided with a portable air filtering system which I liked since I do have severe allergies. The helpfulness, courteousness of staff throughout the hotel earns 5 ; everyone greeted each customer genuinely, willingly, and with a smile. No one seemed grouchy with the numbers of visitors. The service of staff during the conference earns a 5 , meals served throughout the conference earns a 5 . Although I did not travel with family, I noticed shuttle buses to other famed attractions. Disney Springs was in easy walking distance to the hotel, with stairs and elevator options for older adults or persons with limited mobility. Someone was available at the concierge into late evening for questions or ticket reservations for main attractions. Dislikes: The hotel apparently gets a lot of use a traffic, and therefore the individual rooms could use deep cleaning--carpets, bathroom tiles, and bathtub. The carpets could use steam cleaning, or a change to new carpet altogether; same is true for the drapes. While there are grab bars in the tub, a rubberized shower mat would help with safety for older adults. While the tub has been resurfaced somewhat, it is of no help for safety reasons. The mirrored closets and clothes hangers were rusted. It was difficult to inspect the hygienic condition of the mattress as it was covered by a mattress cover. However, the mattress was well used and offered little back back support.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is an older hotel that needs to be remodel but the room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is in walking distance to Disney Springs with a lighted walkway. There are several stairs to climb but there is an elevator available if needed. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning for future stays.
