Poor upkeep

I’d add the pictures if I could. Food left on the ground. Mold growing in the tub and dead bugs all over. Asked for a refund and have yet to receive it.

Extra night stay required in the area. Clean hotel but dated. Did the job.

Room was very expensive for that kind of hotel for starters. My room deadbolt lock kept getting stuck im either the open or closed position I checked in alone. I paid the late check out fee. 1045 the male clerk who checked me opened my door while knocking at same time Im screaming im in here. I was fully nude He kept attempting to open door,thankfully latch was on. I wrapped towel around me and said late check out is at 2 correct? He is looking over my head scanning the room. I closed door. 12 noon another worker opens my door witj no warning and my boyfriend runs out bathroom and started yelling at guy . Thank fully latch was on door Second guy was startled seeing my boyfriend at door. (Front desk didn't know o had a male with me I will never return Ladies be safe

We were provided a room upon arrival and when we got to the room someone was already in the room- got a second room- it was dirty and had an interesting smell- never again

Don’t know where to start, you get what you pay for, smells, stains, dirt, grease to name a few. I wore sandals to take a shower and never took them off while walking around. People do live there, but that’s life and everyone’s situation is different. Place is a disaster.

The room smell very bad the ac make a lot of noise

Staff were very nice checking in. Room: The bedding was worn; the fridge was dirty so we kept our things on ice in our cooler; the shower was questionably clean on the tub floor. General property: It was apparent many family members resided at the hotel which is fine for them however they hung out at a picnic table just across the one lane parking and it was uncomfortable to be watched when we came and went. There was no smoking in the rooms however a lot of cigarette butts on the property. A lot of litter on the property as well. The building behind the main building seems to have more permanent residents who were hanging out at night outside the rooms. It just wasn't a comfortably safe feeling all around. It was low cost but I guess you get what you pay for. I would most likely not stay here again though.

Positive: It was next to a great Mexican restaurant. Negative: it took me two times to go back to the front desk because the door would not open. Seems like no big deal, but when tired from an all day tournament the last thing I wanted to do was battle the door. Finally, I asked the front desk to walk back with me on the third time to open my door. He had a hard time. Finally he opened it, and told me when I leave the room to close the handle a certain way because it was “broken “. I walked out of my room to see a friend, opened the door and there was a man in the room attempting to fix my door. I refused to stay in that room. They refunded me the next day. The rooms smell like smoke ( even though it’s no smoking). Never again!

Quiet area, room was clean. Did not have an iron or a blow dryer those are deal breakers - so I won't be staying there anytime soon.

I reserved a single with a king bed. The mattress was quite old and sagged on one side. The towels in the bathroom were worn and extremely old, and one of the towels had black stains. The mats in front of the bed looked like they had not been vacuumed. The room smelled like smoke even though it was a no smoking room. The bolt lock on the door didn't work. I called maintenance and a man went and basically told me not to use it.

Beware , this is a hotel where people live , we booked 2 night because it was available. Omg. Room reaked of cat.urine , bugs , flies body stains on the sheets , bile leaking from.beneath tub and broken toilet set , could NOT turn off TV and phone didnt work BEWARE!!!!

Room smelled like cigarettes. Flies in the room. Bathtub had a large hole around the drain. I wonder where the water went? Electric outlets were covered up, therefore unusable. Outside the hotel very dirty. Liter everywhere.

Very clean room, friendly staff and easy travel to restaurants and shopping.

The towels were stained with something black, some outlet covers were missing & did not have hot water in the bathroom.

Place was falling apart.

Although the room was somewhat clean there was a heavy, obnoxious odor emanating from the ac unit. And the mattress was too stiff. Definitely would not stay there again.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was. The staff was very nice and filled my two requests while I was there. We were not in our room much as we were in town for an event that took up most of our two days. I will admit I did not particularly like the atmosphere outside of the hotel and became very "lively" at night but for the price the room served its purpose.

Left after 5 minutes. Dirty and bugs.

If there is one thing I've learnt, its that people like to complain. People expect 2 star hotel prices and receive 5 star prices. I was worried upon seeing the reviews on this site. I was surprised that the hotel was in line with a 2 star hotel. This place is clean, has a clean bed, and decent newer amenities. Parking was good, and the location was great. We'd definitely stay here again.

Nice renovated room with a Microwave and refrigerator. Good bed. At our arrival at the front desk, I found the welcoming very unfriendly. Not even a smile...

Took me 2 times in the pouring rain back to office cause keys didn’t open the door. Room smelled. Sheets & towels were rough & old.

Had a nice comfortable stay here. Nice shopping area. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Have stayed here several times while work is being down on home.

Front desk person was rude and unprofessional. The lobby smelled awful. The room had a an unpleasant mildew type odor that became worse when we turned on the AC. The bed sheets had stains and appeared to be unwashed. The walkways and stairs were dirty and unkept.

First the heater didn’t work It spewed out cold air But the worst thing: at check in the clerk asked us to give the deposit in cash I had never had this before but my partner gave him the cash On the last morning we went to the office about 6:45 am to get our deposit back as we were leaving At first no one was there My partner yelled for service several times came out to tell me no one was there and then went in and yelled again I went in and suggested I call She went outside to see At that moment the clerk came out asking was that you yelling? I said yes No apology for not being at the desk he just made me feel like we were a pain Then we asked him for the 100 He said there was no record that we had left cash I suggest he call the clerk that was on when we checked in He kept sorting through things and finally found the record He never said he found it but we could see the paperwork in his hand He never apologized for the wait He told us to sit down My partner didn’t want to sit down he told her a few times to sit down I said maybe she doesn’t want to sit But she did sit down He said he would be right back my partner asked how long would it take because we were in a hurry He said you can leave right now! At that point I lost it and said you guys screwed up so you don’t have to have attitude He said I didn’t give any attitude I have to check the room and then said something about sitting down again (we were both sitting down)

The towels were dingy and didn’t smell clean

I had no complaints
