We unfortunately had to cut our trip short here due to Milton. But we loved this resort so much, we’ll definitely back, next time with kids. Clean, gorgeous rooms, well stocked kitchen, beautiful grounds, helpful staff.

Sheraton Vistana is still beautiful. Like the walking paths that intersect all the buildings and pools. First time staying in key west section, nice layout, great pool, and activities.

We loved the room , bed was comfy, we had to leave before time because of the hurricane Milton, would have loved to stay, we will definitely visit again.

My husband and I stayed 5 nights in a 1-bedroom unit while attending a business convention. The room was very comfortable and the perfect size for the 2 of us. It was nice to have a full kitchen so we didn’t have to run out for every meal and it afforded us the luxury of relaxing in the room part of the time. We had a washer and dryer in the unit which was nice because I was able to get out laundry done and not come home to two suitcases full of dirty laundry. The resort was beautiful and we really enjoyed our walks around the property. There were different animals to see - turtles, ducks, lizards and multiple kinds of birds. We would recommend this resort and will definitely stay there again when we return to the Orlando area.

Beautiful, well kept property. The rooms where all like little apartments with kitchen, living rooms, really spacious bathrooms and bedrooms. We loved the pool areas and there where a lot of activities in the resort for families and couples a like. We will definetely be back to this resort.

Nice place. Only issue was that the pool that made us decide to stay was closed the first day with no notice from the front desk. The other pool was intensely crowded and a group of employees was fighting with some customers. (The customers were wrong, but the employees did not have the situation under control.)

We had to switch hotels again due to the hurricane. This hotel was very accommodating and very friendly!!! Our child LOVEEEEDDD the Pirate Pool!!!

It was absolutely stunning. So clean. The kids had so much fun at the pool. They staff did games with them. Only thing I would say is the need a later check at then 10 am. But over all it was a great get away.

We requested 2 baby cribs from reservation.
Requested again at check in and again 2 more times by telephone to front desk. 1 hour after, arrived just one. Again phone call to front desk and the other one came to the room. Out of this delay, everything ok.

Absolutely gorgeous, we had a one bedroomed apartment with balcony and it exceeded our expectations. We have already booked on the return offer for another 3 nights to use within the next 18 months as we know we will be back

Consistently a good place to stay, good location for the parks and access to the I4 if you’re travelling around.
We stayed just after a public holiday so it was a quiet time and there was quite a bit of maintenance taking place which is noisy when you’re trying to relax by the pool.

This was the most exquisite hotel! It had every amenity you could think of. Staff was friendly, location was excellent, everything was clean. You will feel as if you’re staying in a hotel that cost much more than what you really pay. We will be back. So much to do!

I enjoyed my stay would prefer to have a option that would allow visitors to choose if they were just looking for lodging only and not interested in time share to avoid being pressured about attending a time share session.

Beautiful room with everything we needed.
Full kitchen, washer and dryer, 3 vanities, a shower a jetted tub, i love the smell of the body wash and shampoo. Balcony was perfect. One of the best rooms i have stayed in!
