Not the worst stay. Tired hotel but a good price so what was expected. Clean room. Bed was hard and uncomfortable but did the job for 2 nights. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location in CBD. Would recommend for a short city stay. Thanks

When we missed the last train back to our home town it was an excellent place to stay for the night. Very clean, comfortable and close to Southern Cross station. Friendly and helpful staff.

I enjoyed a comfortable stay. The bed and linens were fresh. The towels were generous. Everything was clean. I loved having three windows that all opened. Be warned it is steps up to the front door and no ramp or alternate entry. The location is close to Southern Cross Station.

Cleaning of rooms very sparse. No vacuuming done in the 5 days we were there and the beds were barely made. Bathroom cleaning was poor.

Great place for an overnight stay in Melbourne cbd. Staff were very friendly at the front desk. Room was clean and tidy. Continental Breakfast at the cafe in the morning was great. Really liked the location. Close to the trams and close to Southern Cross Station. Overall really enjoyed my stay..

Great central location, easy to get to from the Skybus stop from Melbourne airport. Not the cleanest hotel I've stayed in, but pleasant and helpful staff and it was cheap.

Great place to stay. Very close to southern cross station, very close to a tram stop. Plenty of eateries within walking distance.

Im giving 3 stars not because of the staff and what they did no because they were helpful and so was the manager when I told them about my room and how it hasnt been cleaned well by room service keeper. I stayed 4 days and 3 nights and mini room service is done every day, they would just make the bed, remove the rubbish, take used towels and replace them but not replace any box of tissue or toilet ( I used to go down everyday I get back to hotel when I go to my room to get tissues and toilet paper ) or mob the flour in the bathroom from the hair, furnitures were all dusted and it looks like they havent been cleaned for so long even the carpet. They only replaced the toilet paper the last day and they have put 2, a new one on the top and the on to be used in its place and when I opened to check it was a used one !! Less than half of it left ( how I Knew ? Because I didnt have any toilet paper left so they have put a used one from another room) I like the hotel, staff are amazing and helpful at the reception and its location is very convenient but I really hope they do something about their room service. I would give 5 stars for everything, except for room service.

Clean comfortable room but noisy renter also air conditioning kept me awake. Staff were very helpful but had to pay a $100 cash bond.
