Good place to stay

Was so so. Room service was missed…

We had a wonderful stay, we stayed one night. The pool was relaxing, hotel was beautiful, staff were friendly. Shout out to MJ at the bar!

The room was large with a very comfortable bed, and plenty of room to hang out. There was an electric hot water dispenser (to make tea and coffee) and a small fridge but sadly no microwave. We had a couple of breakfasts and a dinner at the restaurant and it was good. The later than usual checkout was also welcome. The location was very central (just off highway).

Beautiful hotel! Loved the area, view and the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent service, comfortable beds, excellent steaks at Flatz and convenient location to shopping, to CU Boulder, to Denver and to the best hiking trails in the area. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel!

We stayed here to vist rocky mountain national park which is 1 hour and 15 minutes ti get there but wanted dining options after the park so the drive was ok with us

Consistent quality, great location.

Not worth the extra cost to stay here where there is NOTHING complimentary. Frig didn’t work, coffee machine was old and antiquated. I tired to check in early - I booked through Hotels.com and they didn’t honor any of the perks membership allows. Tried to charge $40 extra! Pics show beautiful views but with empty hotel they gave me a room with no view - and I paid for a deluxe room. Never again.

Super nice, was like an upscale studio apartment. Very nice hotel overall well kept and good amenities a few minutes drive away. Every was great. Only issue I had was booked a room with a view on hotels.com and their system didn’t register it, I was told I should use their own hotels brand but if it’s offered on hotels.com they should provide that certain room or else just make it a generic booking. Gorgeous views of the Rockies just out the door!

The staff are incredibly kind and accommodating! The only missing amenity is the lack of an EV charging station.

We really enjoyed the open spaces in the lobby and plenty of spots where to sit and relax. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable, food at the restaurant was great and very reasonably priced. The hotel location was also perfect for the plans we had made for our trip.

Great location, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. my only complain is checkin took longer than I expected.

Close to everything very nice hotel will be back again

the room I was checked in was level 2 with view towards the commercial AC units right next to the window. and add noise. It wasn't the view of the mountains that I read about. After complaining at the front desk, they checked us in into a room with that said view.

Terrible switch and bait situation by either hotels.com or the hotel itself, neither will accept responsibility for my terrible experience. I booked a room that clearly stated it was a "mountain view room" after checking in i was given a room facing the back empty lot and office buildings, and not the mountain view i had been promised when i specifically booked the room for that very reason. I made contact with the front desk and they basically told me they couldnt do anything to help my situation without paying a $30 fee or contacting hotels.com. The front desk reception worker never made eye contact with me and had an attitude of "its not her problem and she doesnt care". So i called hotels.com and after 10 minutes of choosing options to talk to a human, i was connected to the least helpful, least understanding, least proficient employee ive ever spoken to on a "customer service call" ... Like i said not one of the two parties involved 'hotels.com or the hotel' tried to make my issue right. I booked the mountain view room to look over for inspriation for something i was working on. But after given a room looking over a dirt and spending two hours communicating with the hotel front desk and hotels.com, i the total opposite from inspired, so i didnt get to complete my project which cost me money. Then wasting money on this hotel when i could have booked a similar quality hotel nearby with the same dirt lot and office building view for 1/2 the price.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Nice set up. Staff was friendly.

The decor and ambiance was lovely

We were very pleased with the staff for accommodating a last minute change in the room we needed as we had another traveler with us. Very friendly and very clean. I will stay there again!

The location and upkeep of the establishment was on par.
