I have bite marks around my ankles and up my calfs. something in the grass outside the bar patio started biting me and another lady staying there. we were talking during dinner. We have talked and still have bites a week later. red and itchy. lots of them -even though we moved out of the grass immediately.

The best vacation ever

Property is not what I expected from pictures on website. Beds are not comfortable and rooms are outdated.

Over all a nice place, i think paying $25 a day on parking for the hotel is way too much but after all it is what it is.

Fernando from the pool area was so courteous he is such a getleman,,friendly and very responsible with his job responsibilities. I lost my sunglasses but he took it upon himself to look for it He’d delivered to my surprise he had found it. But overall everyone was very friendly & courteous.

Hotel having construction done.No gift shop,no stores nearby

The convenience of being by the airport and being on the beach does not outweigh the disrespectful staff and undone hotel. The rooms are ridiculously priced for the quality, smelly, chipped paint, stains, couch felt moist/sticky. Hotel is under renovation with NO warning on the website. I was absolutely eaten alive from the sand flea infestation, chiggers and or BED BUGS!!! up to the point I cannot even count how many bites I have. Parking is per night 30$ (what an inconvenience). Terrible attitude at the front desk with little to no concern for customers and lack of responsibility/accountability. It was my fiances birthday, there were Saks Fifth Gift Bags in our luggage with new shoes etc housekeeping OR maintainance (due to a plumbing issue, water overflow idk why) THEY ARE STEALING GUESTS ITEMS from there room and not showing any empathy for paying customers just that we would have to wait for investigation “someone may have used another employees badge to enter” …. There's more, The AC in your room is loud, and on your balcony is the exhaust of the next room. Shower essentials were used and we never used them, Dust and or webs on lamps in bedroom. This is no resort! I wouldn't dare stay here again. I asked for corporate number and was given the number to life alert. This was a total scam

Construction in the hotel.

Very beautiful resort, the dining and parking were very confusing as no one offered any directions. Check in wasn’t great as they didn’t have our room ready and took and extra 1.5hrs to get it ready. We did get to enjoy the resort while we waited. Would come back! The views are priceless

We liked the beach of the Hotel. Everything was very expensive. We paid for a King size bed with a Sofa Bed and they gave us a room with a King Size bed only. When I reclaimed this I was told that I should've said so when I checked in. (I checked in on Friday night after having travelled all day past midnight)

Pros: the beach and pool areas are very well maintained (including bathrooms). Attendants quickly set up beach chairs/umbrellas. Bar food/drinks can be delivered to the beach. Although prices are high, the food at breakfast and at the beach bar was good. They are redoing the lobby area so there is lots blocked off which wasn't an issue. Room bathroom was updated. Cons: I’m really hoping that they will be updating the rooms next. Not a great configuration of furniture in the room. Furniture is dated and carpet somewhat dingy. The mattress was not comfortable. Food options are limited and as previously stated, pricey. We Ubered out to local restaurants.

The concierge was very informative. She was able to give us great directions on the places to venture out to enjoy our day. Any problem that was had onsite regarding our room was taken care of quickly and professionally. I dont have any complaints and will visit again soon.

The resort was very nice overall. There was construction going on downstairs but they did a good job at hiding it (except for the noise). The restaurant was clean but I was disappointed that the food choices were not local Puerto Rican cuisine. Everything seemed like processed restaurant food-American style. The pool and beach were the best! I enjoyed getting in the hot tub at night. The swim up bar was fun and convenient. The beach had free umbrellas and loungers and the ability to order food and drinks. The beach had clear water, minimal waves and was very enjoyable!

This property is very close to the airport with one of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico. You cannot go wrong if you’re looking for a place to stay on the water. The food was really good and the restaurants and bar we enjoyed ourselves very much.

The hotel and staff were helpful and amazing loved our stay and will stay again. Now the main restaurant we arrived and didn’t realize that we needed reservations to eat dinner but they accommodated us and gave us a table the wait staff was very friendly and attentive to our table drinks etc. The food and cost was my concern. During our stay in Puerto Rico we ate at many different resort restaurants and this by far was the most expensive cost of just two people. I ordered the surf and turf which was the most expensive dinner option the turf a well prepared steak that was very tender and delicious was warm at best and the surf was cold and not good the appetizers were below average size and warm at best as well. I observed two other tables sending for and or drinks back as well. I would probably not eat dinner there again our food service on the beach had hotter food than the restaurant. Went down for the buffet breakfast. It was way better and the service was as good as the dinner, I still think the cost was a little steep but I would probably do it again though. But the hotel staff was amazing everyone was super helpful from the front desk to our luggage and storage of it to calling a taxi to the amazing energy of the pool attendant who was friendly helpful and attentive to everyone needs. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again in the future.

Price changed after we arrived with us having a reservation resort fee’s 90+dollars a day and 11% taxes. + $25 dollars a day to park . Slow and bad food service. Food very bad . Paid for beach view got 11 noisy air conditioning units instead total waste of time and money I will never be back good luck.

A true “resort”. Easy access to amenities. Good signage and comfortable and clean accommodations. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The site is under construction so be prepared for some noise and disruption to certain services. We did lose power in our room for about 8 hours due to the construction which was tough because we were getting ready for a wedding in the dark. That said, the experience was great and we plan to return!

It is a convenient location if you are planning to stay for a night close to the airport. But I will not recommend anyone who is coming to PR for vacation. The property was under construction, the room they provided was next to a dirty apartment building and had 15 really loud AC units. You cannot sit in the balcony. The staff would not accommodate request to people who ask nicely, and borderline visibly annoyed. Parking key will never work. Pool was dirty filled with hair.

Restaurant were nice , beach was clean , they had an excursion desk for activities it is at a higher price if you just go through the tour company but it’s very convenient . They had music on fri and Saturday . I do wish they offered more actives on weekdays as-well
