Staff realy good but hotel apart from restaurant & bar very poor decor shabby

Stayed for one night to see a concert. Hotel was in great location near to the venue. Staff were friendly. Room was clean & warm but basic. In the bar/restaurant area some of the chairs were badly worn & need replacing. Overall satisfied considering the price we paid

Had to pay to leave 2 small bags for a couple of hours never had to in any other hotels I’ve stayed in room was ok but the bathroom was very dirty mould dirty tiles needs a full renovation

It's fair to say I'll never stay here again! Room was tired, shabby, stains and marks everywhere. I had to swap rooms as the first room the bed was dipping in the middle. The second room wasn't any better but I couldn't be bothered to complain again. I paid extra for a Superior Dockside view room, I'd hate to see a standard room. The second room I had the window was so dirty you could barely see out of it. The bathroom was very tired and dated. The whole room felty very small. Couldn't get the radiator to work and no instructions in how to use it. Rooms or windows not very soundproof and could hear everything from outside and corridor. Carpet was filthy and stains everywhere, bits of hair everywhere. Every room needs a major overhaul and refurbishment. I remembered after leaving that I'd stayed in a Campanile hotel in Swindon last year and that was of the same standard so lesson learnt about booking them in future AVOID!!
Few positives were staff were very friendly and helpful and let me check in early and dealt as best they could with my complaint. Parking outside the hotel was convenient and reasonable.
Other than that I've not got anything good to say about the hotel. If you are considering booking here pay that bit extra and go elsewhere, I wish I had, it put a real dampener on my few days away. Normally I look forward to coming back to the room and chilling out but was dreading coming back to this room and hotel.

Not free parking as stated on here, room was tatty and worn down. Bed was creaky and uncomfortable. Close to the city centre and Baltic triangle but I wouldn’t stay again

On arrival whilst we were checking in I attempted to buy myself and my partner a pint the barmaid was hostile regarding not taking cash payments
I therefore changed my mind ,
At 1139 am this morning a housekeeper entered our room unannounced my partner was naked having just got out of shower
I reported this on checkout the reception man didn’t seem fazed
Awful trip I will be complaining officially to the hotel head office

Hotel is very central so location is good. Hotel rooms very tired. Shower curtain filthy at the bottom. Just very basic for the price.

Very very noisy due to constant traffic passing, I was on the ground floor; this resulted in very little sleep.Single glazed windows did not help either. Both hand and shower gel dispensers were empty.
Would not stay again.

Campanile is what it is, basic but clean and comfortable. We wanted an overnight stay to go to the m and s arena for a gig and this was perfect. Great location for arena and also for going into the city. All staff were really friendly, helpful and welcoming - Pat on the back! Secure parking at reasonable price for a city. Cheap and cheerful and would definitely go again.

I booked the Campanile for one night on both ends of a steam ferry packet to the IoM for the Manx GP races. I chose it as A) it was only a mile or so from the docks (and other attractions) and B) they have on-site parking, which was essential for me as I was traveling by vintage motorcycle.
The staff was friendly, professional and personable. The food and bar were adequate. The room was spacious and comfortable. The proce was a good value. I would stay there again in the fututre.

Good location with 15 min walk to city centre. Car parking fees very reasonable compared to parking in other city car parks. Would be handy to have a screen to enter reg details in reception rather than having to go back to car park to scan QR code though. KFC, Mcd’s just over road with a Tesco express 5 minute walk away. Room clean enough just very tired & whilst bed was comfy, bedding had seen better days. Lovely view of docks & great there was a bath which is unusual nowadays. A basic hotel, good value & handy for the city centre & Albert dock.

Although they advertise the parking as Free for the duration of the stay they wanted to change me per day 7£ , lucky I had the confirmation of free parking that they sent when i confirmed my booking.
Place is seems like from the 90’s old and smells old no fridge in the room just shower gel and toilet paper in the toilet nothing extra .
Stayed for 2 nights never again 😅 rather pay a extra 20-30£ next time and stay somewhere more comfortable.

Option of breakfast at hotel or convenient fast food option across the road. Great location - within walking distance of the Albert Dock and Liverpool One.

This hotel is in a great location - 10 minute walk from Liverpool One bus station and 5 minute walk to Albert Dock. McDonald’s and KFC opposite and small Tesco’s down the road. For the price you get what you pay for. The room looked tired, could do with a revamp but the room was spotless. The bed was so comfortable I had the best nights sleep that I’ve had in a very long time. My room was at the front facing the road so yes you will hear all the traffic but you soon forget about it and traffic started to die down around 22:30ish. Didn’t get a “hello” at check in just got a “yes” when I walked in the door and check out was at noon so no rushing round in the morning. I didn’t eat or drink at the bar so I can’t comment on that but there is an outside seating area. If you smoke/vape you can go outside to the back which is right on the dock and chill there and there is car parking to the front too.

Unfortunately we was unhappy with the room we had booked especially for the price, it felt like we was staying in a hostel, we ended up booking another room and staying there, wasnt at Hotel long, but staff we spoke to was friendly

The hotel is dated and noisy (street facing room). Ill-fitting metal windows do nothing to suppress the road traffic noise.
The room was OK, but is basic and needs a refresh.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The car park is free and I had no difficulty finding a space.

Basic hotel , clean and fine for an overnight stop in liverpool. 10 mins slow walk to centre so well placed. Room was on front and a bit noisy ; this was due to traffic ( no fault of hotel ). Rooms beginning to look a bit dated now and could do with a revamp. However , still functional and reflective of price.

Both the receptionists were exceptionally welcoming and informative. I was concerned about parking my motorcycle and they made sure it was in view of the cameras. Really kind, thoughtful and professional. I had travelled a long distance and arrived early. I was just going to ask to park and use the facilities but my room was already available. And with a view of the Mersey. Fab.
