I stay in the Historic Hotel Hoi An for 5 days. Outstanding!!! Concierge, Reception,Roomservice, Breakfast ......amazing!! The Buffet everything fresh, well filled, Service very attendend, Live cookingstation for fresh Omeletts and more egg specialities. Stunning, clean Hotel in the midfle of everything. A MUST if you stay in Hoi An. Well done

We have stayed at Hoi An Historic Hotel before and find it an excellent place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast and pool are great and it is in a great location - right at the old town and short walk to the night market. The free bikes are great too for getting around.

The hotel is great for couples and family Easy check in and easy check out. Staff are so friendly and helpful very helpful Rooms clean and cleaners very good at there job Pool is good clean and plenty of deck chairs and towels. Breakfast very fresh produce and plenty to choose from. Lobby staff very helpful and desk staff as well. Highly recommend and price very good Also large property to walk around

The location is perfect just a few mintes walk to the centre of town. The pool area was great with comfy beds & towels available The room we had first needed changing due to the shower nozzle for some unknown reason being fixed to spray horizontally & could only be changed if you held it instead of putting it in the holder! Consequently it totally soaked the entire floor of the bathroom - so we changed rooms without issue, although for some steange reason we had to sign a piece of paper?? Both rooms & bathrooms really looked a little dated & needed some improvement Breakfast was fine but the evenings were souless with it being very quiet - possibly because all drinks were far higher than the bars just outside The location & pool area the only recommended things really

very clean amazing property with a lot of space, rooms were spacious with AC and a big bathroom and a nice balcony overlooking the pool. service was great they were helpful in making reservations for activities such as the food tour which we highly recommend. breakfast was amazing, lots of options including noodle bar and omelet bar. pool was beautiful. location was perfect, only 1 block from the historic town but still easy to arrive at hotel with our taxi. highly recommend!

Everyone friendly helpful. No problems with communication even though I spoke no Vietnamese. We just come at the wrong time, it was vey hot in August

The hotel is in an excellent location, right on the edge of Hoi An. Our room however was very tired and seem to be badly renovated or fixed. The bathroom was horrible, floor boards seemed as if they had been warped and there was a huge water stain on the ceiling. Next time we go to Hoi An, I would stay in a nicer hotel further out from Old Town and just get a Grab in.

Great staff, location and pool area. Room was fine but a little sparse and cold aesthetically. Otherwise wonderful place to stay

A lovely stay! The breakfast and pool area makes it. The spa was lush. Aircon in the kids room was not working and was not very strong in the bedroom either which was a shame but other than that we loved it. Location is like an oasis of calm right next to the buzzing old town.

I like that it was spacious. I felt safe. Maybe AC in the gym.

Housekeepers were worst here. They did not clean the room suitably during our 5 nights stays. And they entered our room 2 to 3 times a day without our permission. Swimming pool was small and always overcrowded with lots of hairs .

Location and staff cannot be faulted. 5 minutes walk from the hostoric town. All at a great price. Would stay again

Very nice hotel with a colonial touch. Breakfast is one of the better ones that I had in Da Nang / Hoi An. Location is great as walking distance to the Old Town and Night Market.

The pool and spa area is pretty nice. Room is ok but bathroom is kinda old and not convenient for elders, if not a bit dangerous for them because the bath tub is higher up and there is a small step tool outside the tub for us to get in but it can be slippery!

Best hotel in Hoi An, wonderful staff

During our stay in the hotel in Hoi An, we got excellent service as the service person helped us a lot with booking bus tickets to our next location and adviced us wit the common trafic and public transport in Vietnam.

Lovely Hotel. Rooms need a little update/paint and tidy. Lovely helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again
