Very clean and quiet hotel. The modern room was great and we loved the Keurig coffee maker! Didn’t have a chance to use the pool, but we did use the fitness room which we enjoyed.

The room was in very bad shape. Curtain half torn off the window. Ceiling in the bathroom looked like it had a leak and then repaired by a three year old. Ceiling heat light in the bathroom was not set in a receptacle. There was no cold water in the bathroom sink. The hand wash was not filled the three days we were there. There were some very suspect stains on the couch cushions.

Lots of places to eat and shop close by. Only about 15 mins from the university.

The room itself has some problems, nothing too serious. Broken wall thermostat and window unit control had bad led display. A lamp had a broken switch plate (i do not know for sure it was not dangerous). I believe the hotel was full, so maybe I got the last room? Breakfast was very nice and the room was clean and confirtable.

Stayes nights. Breakfast on day 1 was great. Had bacon and scrambled eggs which were really good. 2nd and 3rd dats were horrible with breakfast options. Room service was non existent and had to ask for my room to be cleaned as well as ask for clean towels. Room was decent and had internet. Overall grade for me would be a D

The facility is in great need of updating. Upon arrival I was informed there would be an additional charge for my dog. I didn’t see any additional charge on the app page. The staff was affable and helpful. The water pressure in the shower was inconsistent. It would screech and throb when turned on. After reviewing my debit account, I found that I was charged twice for my stay. Once by scheduling through this app and again by Holiday Inn. I am requesting that this situation be remedied.

I got the more expensive room hoping to enjoy the balcony since the weather was nice but couldn’t due to excessive bird poop everywhere.

We had a handicapped room and the bathroom was large and the shower was easily accessible. The beds need updating, maybe with foam mattresses but otherwise it was comfortable. The breakfast was great. Hot dishes, bacon, sausage, biscuits with sausage gravy, a pancake machine, juices, eggs, etc. It was great!! The room was on the first floor and it smelled a bit musty. Maid service was average. They didn't do much. Ask for what you need in that regard. Overall, it was okay.

Spent a week at this location. This property offers a continental breakfast which saved time and money through the week. Staff were friendly and our experience was pleasurable. Lots of food and activity options in the area. Not downtown but close enough to travel there. The only negative was the outdoor pool was under maintenance. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a unique situation where we were driving all night and checking in early into the morning. They were very accommodating to hold our room after keeping in touch with them and not arriving till 630am! Ate breakfast and took quick nap! (Room was incredible… sad we only got to enjoy it for 3 hours of sleep! )

Manager was very helpful but the property itself- lots of things not functioning including the pool, broken tv in our first room, pancake machine at breakfast, missing outlet on one nightstand and other busted USBs, noisy buzzing fan in the bathroom, dogs in the hallway (smell), etc. Would not stay here again.

Stayed there to spoil my grand kids let them swim all day at the pool but it was out of order & was not told this any where on the website etc... That was the whole reason I booked there!!! No adjustment on my bill there should be something refunded cause that's what I paid for!!!

The lady at the front desk outright lied to me 3 times. She put us it a handicapped room and told me thats what we book, we didnt. We were there 2 nights. Room was dirty, bedspread, shower curtain and carpet stained. Shower ran all over the bathroom floor. We woke up with the smell of cooking meat, not good.we will never stay there again.

They were having trouble with their key card programmer when I arrived, but the situation was handled with a high level of care. Guests were escorted to their rooms and the key cards were hand delivered once the issue was resolved about 30 minutes later. They were very apologetic. That was only hiccup during the stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had good hot and cold options with ample dining space. The staff was polite, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel was located near the interstate with plenty of shopping and dining options near by. Would stay again.
