Hotel appearance when you enter , Was just Excellent Before, Now it’s like a cage and compact,

It was amazing very comfy bed and breakfast was great we all love and feel so nice .

It is a very good value in its price range. Amenities that are important are all present there. I enjoyed my stay and plan to return as often as I can. Thanks !!

A medium grade hotel which tries to pass as a 5 star hotel but fails to reach a level higher than 3-1/2 stars - here are the reasons why - 1. Rooms and bed linens are mediocre at best. Bedsheets are very heavily used for a long time and it shows. Gym towels are in far worse condition. 2. The bath towels provided in the bathroom barely pass as towels. These are like towels at a local gym which you know have been used and abused. 3. The floorboards are wood and they creek as one walks over them. They too show signs of aging. After changing two rooms, I finally got a nice room where the floorboards did not make noise. 4. The electric iron is a base, plain vanilla version with no steam built in. 5. When showering, water does leak out of the shower area even with the glass door firmly closed. This is because of the drain not clearing water quickly enough, so it backs up and flows into the bathroom area (caveat: issue with my unit, and may not be a common occurrence for all the rooms). 6. When you order room service or laundry, instead of putting the charges on the room, the service personnel insist on immediate cash/credit card payment. 7. They kept reminding me every time I showed up for breakfast that the breakfast was not included in my room tariff - even though I had told them to add to the room account. Terrible! 8. The lady at the Tatva spa counter was very rude. 9. Cleaning crew is great and responsive! 1-. Property manager Rachna was very cordial.

bath tub was not working in my first room and the water boiler is not functioning in the second room. But the staff were really nice and helpful. Cleaning service was nice!

Good property in the middle of Market

I stayed at this Hotel for the last 2 days of my holiday and deeply regret it. I had to change rooms twice because of cleanliness and safety which took a very long time. The staff were very unempathetic and unhelpful when it came to resolving my issues, my shower didn’t work, there were no water bottles available everytime I asked for one. The steam room was out of service and I was not told, there was no fridge or bath robes in my rooms. For the Hyatt hotel overall very very poor facilities and non existent customer service.

All the accessories are broken, bad smells comes from the toilet. Ventilation systems is too old which distributes lots of bad air circulation. Not recommended for anyone.

well within the city and nearby local convenience, good ambience, well behaved staff and over not no so costly.

Too expensive for the facilities we got. No hair deyer in room, and water kettle for warm water was not working

The property was extremely filthy. The restrooms were awful and poor quality. The bedsheets and the room smelled like it was contaminated by abestos.

The hotel has undergone upgrade changes on the entry & reception areas from when the hotel was known as the “Picadelly Hotel” This very nice transition and much needed upgrade unfortunately have not included the rooms, which is still really “worn” and without any improvements from the old hotel. So until this happens I will be looking for other hotels in the proximity. Staff was very friendly and morning buffet also “upgraded” from earlier - so upgrade the rooms, and I will see you again - hopefully soon.

My overall stay was OK but the service was lethargic. Check out experience was terrible. They charged me for food but did not give any bill. I was told it would be delivered via email in few hrs, but even after a week there is no response from them. Overall hotel is ok only if you are ok with laid back and lazy service.

The staff here is incredible they go above and beyond to really help you. I really want to point out two people Arabinda who was our house cleaning guy, no matter what he kept our room always clean and went above and beyond. Also Prem gagan he was taking care for us breakfast area. Just unbelievable service by both of them! The hotel itself is clean and safe but the staff makes the stay amazing. Will def stay here again.

Location is good if you want to use metro... Rooms are small and not well maintained..broken furniture and ground tiles

Never felt like a 5 Star facility

My room had internet issues and it took couples of hours to fix it. All treadmills in hotel gym were not down.

The lift and some other parts / some corridors were not maintained at all and not lit properly — service was very bad .

very old property. Rooms were very outdated and not stinky. Rooms were not available during check in. The staff was really nice, but the property is not good compared to value. Outdated

Firstly the lock wasnt working for the room, so they changed the room after going all the way to 8th floor. The new assigned room's AC wasnt working. The maintenance was called and he said the cooling will happen but very slowly and that too it will stay between 22-23 degree. Complained about it almost every night, yet they didnt bother to change the room.
