I had a very nice stay at Microtel MOA, in fact, I came back 3-4x more at the same place. Very conveniently located! The whole staff was also very respectful, nice, helpful & accomodating. Minor inconvenience though = the entrance thru the security post needs a sign that stands out. Several of my friends thought it was an entrance to Millie's. Perhaps "Microtel" could be put up next to the Millie's sign.

This is my favorite place to stay. Sadly Manila bay is almost gone as they reclaim the entire area the hotel overlooks. Proximity and easy access to MOA is it greatest appeal.

Staff are respectful, helpful & friendly. The staff at the Millie's Cafe needs some training; I have seen enough personnnel but they seem to neglect to refill glasses of water I had to flag them several times.

Stayed at Microtel 3 times in 2 weeks. The location is great, being right next to the Mall of Asia. There are dining options galore around Microtel. The room attendant, front desk people & the bellhops are all nice & friendly. The property's age is showing. The AC works quite well. Though our room was next to the street, it wasn't that noisy & I couldn't hear the conversation of the people next door though I'm a very light sleeper. Room service took 45-60 minutes to deliver our pizza order at midnight. Millie's however, was a different
story. It took them 30 min. to deliver our brewed coffee though only 2 tables were occupied. It took 45 minutes for our omelets to be served. The servers have the efficiency of freshman restaurant & hotel management students. The hotel is nicely located but the service at Millie's ought to be improved.

We stayed for a few days in between trips to other cities. We left our bags at luggage storage. Bags were fine when we came back. Vehicular noise can keep one up because it's right next to a busy street. There's a restaurant on first floor called Millie's which is a good restaurant as long as one is not in a hurry. The bellhop named Jing is very helpful & the room attendant named Kristan of Isabella is a hard worker & keeps the rooms clean. I'd stay here again for the conveniece of being close to restaurants in & near MOA. The hotel is close to the airport- around a 20 minute drive. For the price & convenience, I'd stay here again. It also has 3 large trash cans, uncommon in many hotel rooms.

It was a one night staycation to celebrate my son’s birthday. Upon check in we were upgraded to the next tier room, with bigger beds. Room was very clean, but as expected quite basic in terms of look. Location is good because walking distance from Mall of Asia, IKEA, SM by the Bay…

Amazing location. 5mins walk to MOA and walkable to many varieties of restaurants. Staff were tremendous! From check-in to check-out, their hospitality was amazingly friendly. The room was spacious having 1 queen bed and a comfy couch. Quiet and comfortable stay. I would definitely come back as I had an amazing stay.

Stayed at the family suite, bed and pillows are comfortable. The room is spacious. Very pleasant and friendly staff from the front desk, bell boy, housekeeper and pretty much every staff. Very close to restaurants and Mall. The area where the table is , just needs more lighting. But overall, it was a wonderful stay !!! And it’s wheelchair accessible. !

We've been staying at this hotel whenever we're in Manila for over 10 years. We love it. Service is always top and accommodating, and the rooms are clean, nice views too. Breakfast buffet is a must, so delicious.
