I stayed here 3 nights after arriving to India and before flying onward to another destination in the country. Location is near the airport which was convenient for catching an early morning flight, but also because it is close to the airport it is very noisy at all hours of the day. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but the windows and walls just seemed so thin that I could hear dogs barking, horns honking, and even music playing down on the street all night. The room was clean and comfortable enough otherwise.

Amenities around property ok for me. Alot of noise in AM within the hotel including dragging furniture around the stone floors. Went on all night. Road noise but that is understandable. WiFi and shower good.

Property was overall safe, convenient and comfortable for a nice family stay. Room was as per photo. Food and airport transportation is overpriced

We stayed here for one night after arriving in Delhi, we checked in at around 1am, and had no issues with check in. We had initially booked 3 rooms for 7 people but on the night added an additional room and they were able to accomodate.
With traffic getting out of delhi airport, the hotel is around 30-40mins away by car.
The room itself was clean, and the breakfast buffet was nice. The staff were all very friendly. There was hot water and AC worked.
For the number of people we had and the price we paid we have no complaints.
One thing to note, they mention parking is available, but parking is just outside the hotel, so I can imagine at times parking might be difficult as there is only enough space for a few cars.

Overall a good stay. We needed a place for about 5 hours and it served the purpose. The staff was overall very friendly. The front desk person seemed a little short on patience. The wifi is not enough for working. They gave us the password on two tiny pieces of paper but it was so faded that it took us a really long time to figure it out!

External photos of hotel are misleading, as it is faced by a flyover ! Then, traffic on the exit road from flyover often builds up, so outside of hotel can often feature near stationary vehicles, many of which are using their horns.
So, ask for a rear facing room !

I was checked in for one night to sleep after a long flight, but I was in a terrible room full of noises ( maybe aircon), I couldnt sleep. Then I complained to the front desk (no apologised), then they changed me to another room which was okay. But still, I think its not worth to amount I paid.

Likes: clean, easy to fit 5 people in 1 room which was important to us, 2 bathrooms in our room which was excellent for 5 people

There was no hot water for a shower the roo. Was small and smelled of wee , it was just dirty all round

The Expedia had not booked the room despite 100% advance. Hotel denied entry and says that booking came after rooms sold out. I reached hotel in the morning 8am and was told that rooms are under cleaning and I will get in 1 hour. I wanted to go to conference so kept luggage and left. Came at 7 pm to know that rooms are full and my booking was invalid. They denied room. I protested and showed the booking confirmation but after some time dumped me in pathetic hotel room 1 km from hotel. Somehow stayed as it was late. Not sure whose mistake but I am suferer. Will never book from Expedia and stay in this hotel.

The staff is AMAZING, the hotel is clean and comfortable. In a busy area, the guards outfront and the staff themselves made us feel so safe!! The food is also delicious and everyone is so helpful. Could not recommend enough, if you come to Delhi, you should definitely stay here!!!

Dirty disgusting. Checked in and Ac unit poured water in our room. Went to front desk and asked to switch to another room immediately. They said have to check it out. Had to argue for a new room wasted 1 hr of my time. Only positive is restaurant. Hotel staff just hands key at check in doesn’t explain or tell you anything.

Family room smaller than expected. 2 bathrooms provided but fairly basic. Getting wi fi connection was fiddly. Breakfast did not offer any variety and is not worth paying for.

Nice and clean Hotel Better than other Budget Hotels in the Area

Have stayed here before and it was OK for one night stay before a flight. This time however no so good, No hot water and despite having paid for breakfast with the booking they tried to charge me for it again. Eventually sorted this out but took over an hour and could have done with out this extra hassle just before a long flight.
