The Capri was ideally located next to the MRT, shopping mall, and grocery store. There were amenities inside the room to even cook your own food (i.e., sink, cooktop, pots & pans, dishware, & silverware). Only a 10min drive from Changi airport, this wonderful hotel allowed us to travel within the city without being too far away from our next flight. Kevin, the gentleman that attended to our check-in, greeted us kindly and helped us with our accommodations and suggestions about our visit.

Rooms were clean and big. However is like to touch on a few points;
1. Upon check in on Thursday, there was nobody manning the check in and concierge and we had to wait a full 10 minutes to get someone to assist in registration and check in.
2. Laundry was so expensive! $14???
3. As the check in, check out and concierge were all packed, I had to wait in line at the check in for 10 minutes at least just to exchange coins for laundry and get laundry powder.
4. The TV channels were pathetic. Not much entertainment.
I suggest putting in more TV channels and possibly YouTube I also suggest having washer and dryer inside the room or lower the price. Thank you.

The property is located close by to Changi airport. It was around a $18sgd fare. The room was a good size and it was convenient to have the kitchenette as there is a small supermarket in the nearby mall. Dining options abound. It did take some time to speak with reception staff at times - an extra staff member around would be helpful.

Stayed only one night but it was a lot better than I thought. Staff didn’t inform us of all the facilities at check in, but were nice enough. I liked the room and facilities. It was perfect location because I had an early flight the next day. It’s also a short taxi ride to the center to see the sights. Would recommend.

We are previous customers and we’re happy to stay again. The hotel is close to Expo MTR station and only a one station ride to the airport. We were able to organise at additional cost a late checkout to 1800 because our onward flight did not depart until 2355.

5 minutes to Changi airport. Close to EXPO MRT. Perfect if you’re going to EXPO Centre. Very good room cleaning service. Room is large with a kitchenette. Lots of dining options nearby in Changi City Point Mall and FairPrice Supermarket open til 11pm.

Hotel was accommodating to give us an early check-in as we arrived from London very early in the morning. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable and the location is great access to the airport with restaurants next door and a shopping centre In the building next door. Nice safe area for a one night stopover.

Really good that it is next to a shppping mall with yummy eateries. Room was large with all amenities. Check in was quick, friendly and efficient. $15 each way taxi ride from Terminal 1. Great stay.
