It’s an OK please but I believe VIP amenities and some customers service quality can be offered/improved, like any other place that you stay….

I had no VIP access or any added benefits or upgrade offered to me. The staff were RUDE. Room cleaning was terrible. Key card didn't work every time. Very disappointed.

Staff is very rude, AC is hot, cards not working at the elevator, rooms smell horrible also food every day the same and not tasty at all . I am very surprised about Radisson hotel i was not expecting this hotel will be very bad . Overall worst choice ever and i will not recommend or visit again.

My stay at radisson blu Şişli was amazing. I went with my wife and three young children, they had a wonderful experience. I stayed there for 7nights in the superior suite, it was a fantastic room, lots of space and all the facilities you need. The staff were great, the executive lounge was brilliant and I would highly recommend for anyone with children. Swimming pool and spa services were 5* Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, would 100% visit again.

Comfortable bed, quiet room, great for food options - breakfast buffet, tea and cookies, and the « appetizers » in the lounge were enough for dinner! Also, wine and beer were provided in the lounge. Great fitness facilities, including indoor and outdoor pool. And don’t miss the hammam experience!

The location is special and a walking distance from Sisli metro station. The hotel stuff are well trained and very friendly and supportive. Overall I am very much satisfied as ususal

Terrible. Service was so bad. Non of my pre-requisites were honoured by the hotel. No early checkin, no queen bed, they gave 2 single beds. Connected rooms to me and my friend without closing the connecting doors. Had to stay one whole day to get a body wash soap. No housekeeper speaks or understand English Breakfast was very good Not satisfied at all

The Staff are honest fast and kind. The hotel is well located and has everything around it. The room remained clean, food is delicious and the hotel salon and SPA are professionals! I highly recommend 🙏

A hotel not worthy of Radisson's reputation. Check-in staff bordering on the aggressive, who couldn't find my reservation and accused me of "going to the wrong hotel", only to acknowledge their mistake without apologizing. A room where the air-conditioning didn't work and was never repaired (between 25-26 degrees in the room). A window (on the 1st floor) that opened completely, posing serious safety concerns. Extremely poor wifi, making it impossible to surf the web or use any applications. An exorbitant price for almost no service. Hotel be avoided at all costs, as this establishment is an affront to legendary Turkish hospitality.

I have stayed in this hotel For few times and door access card is horrible. Frequently it does not work and going up and down can be very annoying. In my 8 days stay, I had to go atleast 20 times at reception to fix my card. After a tiring day, not able to get into the rooms can be extreamly disappointing. Request to fix it. It happened to many guests as well. All other ok. Nice place. Good location. Staff are helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Radisson Blu Sisli. Our room aas upgraded as I had VIP member status. They even accomadated a later checkout as our flight back home was in the evening. With a baby it just made things a lot easier!

Nice hotel but the most windows locatel to lobby not street

Everything very well as expected including breakfast, Spa and Lounge. The only annoying thing were that the card which you need to use the elevator didn’t work properly. We needed to change them several times as we got stuck and couldn’t use the elevator with the card the receptionist gave us just minutes ago.

Everything was excellent, Eray is the person who made the check in. Very professional, attentive, and very helpful. Breakfast was very good, rooms are big, and it is located in the center of the city. I would stay next time, and recommend anyone this hotel.

A fantastic hotel in a prime location with gorgeous and very friendly staff, Rooms are, clean, good size, fully equipped, nice view, with access to all amenities of hotel, like Hammam, Sauna, Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, 24 hours desk services. I do recommend this hotel as it has minutes walk distance to Metro, shopping mal, snd lots of restaurants.
