The 3 people at the desk that checked me in were in a good mood, and has a sense of humor. The lady I felt with was very nice.
The young lady that got me ice at the breakfast area was very nice.

Front desk staff was great after a full day of driving. Got us in quickly and with some humor. Place was clean, good parking, grocery store and fast food nearby. Was quiet. Free popcorn in the evening.

Very easy access off of the highway. Large parking area when you’re towing something. Staff was very professional and friendly. Super comfortable bed. Quiet rooms.

Went for my niece’s wedding. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was excellent.

Three things really stuck out about this hotel.
#1 it was extremely clean. The rooms were not heavily scented like some hotels. They just smelled good. Clean. Also no chlorine smell from the pool in the hotel.
#2 Every one of the hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast women were very cheery and breakfast was very good and filling. Full breakfast buffet
#3 Location made it easy and convenient to get to everywhere we were going. Excellent stay!!

The one thing I thought was different was the side of the bed i sleep on there was no electrical outlet for my CPAP nor was there a USB port to charge my phone. The wife's side had both. I did find an outlet but I had to lay on floor and up behind nightstand there was an outlet to use. I usually bring extension cord but of course didn't this time.

We were impressed with this hotel! The breakfast was different each morning and DELICIOUS! Even when busy the ladies working did a great job keeping up! The front desk was helpful and accommodating when we needed something.

We just went to check in and they said we had no reservation even with our confirmation number because we changed it from the 30th until today becaise when I was doing it I didn’t select a date. We called and got it changed. They made us pay for a room when we already did! We are 5 hours away from home and this is not right
