Great place to stay, staff very professional and attentive to guests needs. Highly recommended

excellent staff we have received with nice smile and every one would like to help, also very quick response to an issue we raised. Large Varity of food on the breakfast meet every individual wish. The rooms are clean with nice smell. Parking was convenient at cost. Did not like the additional cost every time you go out and in again during the stay.

Room was spacious but it was badly ventilated with bad smell. Breakfast was good Close to borog Alarb Airport.

Very nice room. Breakfast buffet is very good. Facility is like an oasis because area outside is a bit remote as there is no shopping and there are a few restaurants. But overall I was only going to be there two days so it was all nice. Would stay again on a short trip.

Room environment/surroundings (4/10):Room with garden view - everything is OK until 4am when hundreds if not thousands of this bird - sparrow start chirping! The noise is horrible and for sure you wake up!Room with pool view - I thought "Finally some sleep!", but no!!! There is a stadium (Hilton Arena) where football games are played almost every day until 1 am. And to add some spice, there is live music at the Splash restaurant from Wednesday to Saturday (as stated from the front desk), but also on Sundays! Don't worry, even with earplugs you will hear the referee whistle and the not tuned restaurant's speaker (if your room is near, windows will be vibrating.The room (7.5/10):Normal room for a 4 star hotel as space and equipment.The shower head and the hand shower needed to be changed in 2 of 3 rooms I stayed in.Most of the hotel towels need to be replaced! (This is Hilton after all)I had in my room a "Welcome" basket with fruits, but with rotten pear and strawberries.Housekeeping (6/10):Like most of the hotels in Egypt - someday they forgot the feet towel, other coffee and water... Everyday is a surprise!If you change your room or extend your stay, don't expect cleaning on the next dayRestaurant (6.5/10):Breakfast is good (7/10). Keep in mind the unused napkins are removed and after dinner are placed by the staff with bare handsDinner(6.5/10) - Don't expect to eat fish or seafood!COVID regulations (2/10):ARE YOU JOKING??? The hotel is beautiful and has a large outdoor pool in addition to a wonderful indoor heated pool. The food was excellent and the rooms were clean and new.

My family use this hotel every winter due to indoor pool and sauna. And normally breakfast is good..Especially sauna facility is very nice. So this time we visited with our framilies and they were also satisfied with the hotel. Thanks. p.s. The spa, however, it was too cold inside and the water. Moreover we could not use spa tub of indoor pool and my favorite place's steam sauna. I hope that these issues are solved as soon as possible.

Great swimming pool, lovely flowers everywhere, spacious room, nice athmospehere by Splash poolside bar and great seafood.

Worst customer service when checking iasked to give me a nice view room she gave a parking lot view and she told me I booked a city view , was never offered an upgrade when I checked , when I complained she mentioned it that I can have a pool view with extra charge Also was never told how to have a WiFi access or the password

It was a nice hotel with good gym which i used during my stay. The location is far from any action or activity and we chose it due to proximity to meeting points.

Our stay was remarkable! it was our first time there but definitely it wouldn't be the last. The hotel has all the facilities that enables a fascinating relax stay. Although there is no sea view, but the pool view with it's flowering at daylight and pool lighting at night makes it a wonderful view. You have the indoor warm pool to enjoy in cold times in the year. Just try not to reserve the family rooms with park view.

The room was spacious, clean and well-furnitured. The food was excellent. Hotel staff were very co-operative and always smiling. Hotel setup is great with a huge clean swimming pool.

Nice hotel lots of facilities, though the pool restaurant food is really bad quality need alot of improvement

Hotel looked very nice. Room was good. Food service was terrible. The bar had no staff whatsoever. Ordered well done burger. 45 minutes later received a nearly raw burger.

Our flight got cancelled so we needed an extra night of accommodation close to Borg El-Arab airport. We booked with the Hilton King's Ranch, and we're very glad that we did. Even though the official check-in time was 3pm, the friendly staff and manager were happy to give us a clean room when we arrived at around 11am. The room was very spacious, with a comfortable king-sized bed, as well as a HUGE bathroom (with a 2-person shower 'room' AND a separate bathtub), a desk and small living area (with a couch, coffee table and chair). We also ordered room service, which was delicious and brought to us very quickly.The staff were extremely helpful and organised an airport transfer for our early morning flight. We left at 4:15AM (!), and they gave us a private air conditioned car with a driver who dropped us right where we needed to be for departures.All the staff were very courteous, friendly and eager to help, and all the facilities were clean and in working order.Sadly, we didn't get a chance to try out the multiple restaurants, gym facilities, pool or spa, but we definitely intend to return so we can check these out too. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
