Wonderful hotel and resort. The hotel architecture is wonderful. The hotel room view capture a beautiful snowy landscape with a lake. The view gave me a sense of tranquility with a cozy ambience. The hotspring was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. One staff even drove me from hotel to the hotspring site. I really appreciated the helpfulness. The Japanese breakfast was tasty and remarkable. The transportation to the outlet and train station is convenient

i had a splendid time at The Prince Karuizawa over the past few days, had the luck to finally see the snowy environment of the serene nature and frozen lake right by the hotel. The sceneries are all too memorable.

房間很大很舒適、窗外景色也漂亮，服務也非常好，唯一的缺點是因為旅館占地非常大，無論去滑雪、逛outlet或是使用旅館的SPA設施都必須搭乘10分鐘以上的Shuttle bus,
半個小時一班車尚可接受，但幾乎每班車都擠得滿滿滿，而且乘客都攜帶行李或滑雪用具或是outlet採購的大包小包，每次搭乘都很不舒服，但不搭的話走路都要走半小時以上。強烈建議多增加Shuttle bus的路線及班次

The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist me after I injured my ankle snowboarding. They provided a wheelchair and personal shuttle and helped ensure I had assistance while traveling on the train.

Everything was perfect except the shuttle service runs only every 30 minutes, and extremely packed with people. Would have been even more perfect if the hotel could run every 15 minutes shuttle so we can enjoy the onsen in evening as it is far from karuizawa prince hotel.

Prompt and attentive service staff. You get free transfers to anywhere within the Prince establishments. Big and comfortable room, with a spacious and beautiful lobby. Of course the natural surrounding is pleasing to the eyes.

The resort area is big, we have to rely on the shuttle bus to go to the station/ outlet/ onsen. I like the ambiance environment of the hotel and the view from our room, although it had been raining all day during our stay there. The breakfast was delicious and the service was superb.

Although rainy day, there is very nice place and my room have a beatiful view( green grass for golf) , we are feeling so comfortable. Good taste of morning breakfast, services are very good attitude and arranged shuttle bus in and out, we are so satisfy.

I booked an Executive Room. It is spacious with excellent view. Perfect for golfers who drive. The complementary 9 hole golf game is a bonus.. However, if you do not bring along with your golf clubs, you will find the club rental rather expensive (3500 yen for 9 hole). Any way, I enjoyed the stay much and will consider revisiting the hotel when I come to Karuizawa again.

Amazing!I had to board the 1130 Shinkansen on the day I checked outBut I realized that I left my ticket in my room! The hotel staff were able to retrieve it for me so that I could hop onto the train in time! Thank you very much everyone!

It’s a average hotel, in terms of location, it’s not as good as East Prince, in terms of service, do not expect they can communicate with you properly, I arrived after 9pm, you can imagine it’s a long day, I asked reception is it still provide room service? He simply replied “NO”, so my family has nothing to eat till next morning.. and during my stay, I realised there is pizza house near by and they have menu to order???!!! As I have successfully ordered on my last day...I can understand language barrier, maybe they can provide simple Q&A to solve it.
