Overall Good experience, would use again. Rooms ok, good size, bathrooms a little tired now and could do with a refresh/refurb, but they are functional. Staff excellent, from the friendly greeting and explaining things through to the bar and breakfast staff. Ate evening meal in the bar/restaurant area, nice food, good price. Parking nice and easy right outside.

Hotel room was a bit tired an dated but never bothered us from enjoying our time here, shower was perfect, nice an plenty pressure, food was really really good, chefs here did a great job, mustvif been so busy but our food came quickly, was a great mini stay an will be back in the future.

No channels on the television,only 3 coffees.Hot tap would not turn on in the sink.

Place is ok .... i stayed for 1 night for work Food is ok ... beer is ok .. but i would suggest to change the pillows there like laying on a brick. One pilliow to low 2 is your neck is bent too much to get comphy...also shaver plug unit hanging off the wall... extraction fan knackered front missing so you could touch the fan .. also clean up the carpet in the loung bar b4 breakfast customers come down there was chips and peas etc under tables still from last night . Dont really want to see food on the floor 8 in the morning. Apart from that its ok .

The Bat area had been updated and very nice the Bedroom i had Number 16 was not up to the standard you would expect to pay £60 a night for !!!

The property is very tired with outdated fixtures and fittings Couldn’t run a bath or shower without assistance from my husband as the tap was so stiff I couldn’t move it Couldn’t get the tv to work Positives Room size was large as got upgraded to a family room Receptionist on duty was very lovely Room was quiet and a good temperature

Was given one room that wasnt cleaned, so was given another room, receptionist and another staff were very accommodating and sorted the other room and moved a single bed in for us out of the first room.

Hotel is a little tired and could do with updating but the staff there are all really friendly …. I interacted with 5 of them and they were all very nice and friendly

For the price we paid felt disapointed in the state of the room with black mould in ceiling corners and bed lamps not attached properly.

Staff helpful. Comfortable night's sleep, excellent breakfast. Had dinner there one night too which was cheap and cheerful, although there are other places nearby. Good road links and close to the station for the Wirral line into Chester/Liverpool, so super convenient.

There is two car parking which made us confusion. Outdoor lighting is required to the entry of the reception from the car park. No full English breakfast which made us disappointed, but it is understandable for H&S. The facilities need refurbishment due to a bit of tired.

Fantastic value for family accommodation with very friendly and helpful staff in all areas. Brilliantly situated on 1x bus route into Liverpool day ticket jump on off £5 /24 hours. Very comfortable clean rooms

Room smelled badly of damp and the accommodation was kind of grim. My room probably didn't get used much and was just benefitting from the Open Golf happening nearby.

Been to the hotel previously. Whilst the room was clean it could well do with a lot of modernisation. Tiles in bathroom cracked and grouting dirty. Signs of leaking in a lot of places throughout the hotel. Really dirty light fittings in restaurant above tables. Staff friendly and food was lovely
